Subway — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life in a restaurant. The lady behind the counter got extremely rude when another lady making our online order said we could grab our cups and get our drinks. There was no way to order large drinks in the app that I could find, so I put it under “special requests.” We grabbed our large drink cups and started to fill them, when the rude one barked from behind the counter that we had only paid for medium and were trying to steal large drinks. My friend dumped her large drink, threw away the cup and grabbed a medium instead, but since I used to work in retail and know they track cups in their audits, I returned to the counter and said I’d pay for the large drinks and that I wasn’t able to order large in the app. The lady proceeded to yell at me in front of the lunch crowd that she knew I could order large in the app, she had just done it, and she knew I was just a thief. There was absolutely no reasoning with her. I told her I wasn’t a thief, that this was not appropriate customer service, and that I wanted to pay for my drinks and wanted her name and the name of her supervisor. She replied, “I know who you are and where you work (pointing to my work badge), and I’m calling your boss and complaining about you!” I said, “That’s fine, but it seems only fair you give me your name and the name of your boss, so I can call and complain about you.” She proceeded to completely ignore me while serving three more customers while I waited to pay. She threatened to call the police on me as a thief, and then when I said, “Please do. I’m not a thief, I’m waiting to pay. I teach across the road, and we are in here all the time.” She then started yelling, “Oh I see it now. I see it all now. Yeah, I know. You’re all thieves.” It took her calling her supervisor (pretending it was the police) and being told to give me the name and email of the supervisor for me to finally be able to leave. This was my go to sandwich shop until today. The lady making our sandwich seemed new. We ordered a foot long with only salami and cheese. The lady only put 7 slices of salami. I called her out on this mistake as she should have put a lot more, ar least 20 (like other subways I've been to). The new lady asked the cashier and the cashier said 14 but not 20. Keep in mind, we are paying over $10 for just meat and cheese! Way overpriced. I got my usual BMT that came with 18 slices of meat with everything for the same price. They have all the veggies concealed so you can't see what your veggies options are which is not normal. The cashier was standoffish.
