Made a $53 order for pickup. Upon arrival, my food was bagged up and ready, or so I thought. Before digging through the bag to ensure all my food was there, I noticed that the slushes that I ordered were not accompanying my order. I politely asked for my drinks after showing them that I actually did order them. They made them, gave me a drink carrier and I went out to my vehicle. My wife then looked through the food items to ensure it was all there. Well, the two cheese quesadillas were not in there. So, I went back inside and showed them once again that I had ordered the quesadillas and told them I didn’t receive them. The female that appeared to be the manager then told me that they are in the bag and that I just didn’t see them…. I then told her that I took each and every food item out of the bag before coming back in to ensure that I didn’t just overlook them. She then said, nah you probably just missed them, but we will make you some more anyway. This is where I not so politely asked her if she was calling me a liar. She then replied no sir, but we will make you some more anyway, therefore insinuating that she didn’t believe me again. I chose to say nothing more and just watched them make my kids cheese quesadillas to ensure they didn’t spit in them or anything else. Another employee came from the back and said that they did make them, but he said that the manager lady gave them to someone that was in the drive through. She looked at him and told him to SHUT UP and get back to work. Just ridiculous how rude this lady is! Got my food and left again. Upon my arrival back to the car, my wife then showed me that we were charged for the same meal twice, totaling over $106…. I went back AGAIN to ask for the charge to be cancelled, where then this extremely rude lady to me there was nothing she could do about it and I’d have to call corporate to get my money back. We will NEVER again return to this location, especially if this rude manager continues to work there. We will also inform the Township of...

While giving my order at the drive thru window, being assisted by cashier who later said her name was Marco, for some reason everyone seem to be in such a rush today & kept asking me, "anything else" while i was actually in mid sentence giving my order. The cashier kept changing. By the voices I could tell there were 2 going back in forth, asking the same thing, "anything else." I felt so rushed. The 2nd cashier who I found out later to be Tyler, who as also the manager was worse than the first young lady, named Marco. For Tyler to be the manager, i was very shocked at her behavior. She acted as if I was annoying her being a Customer and ordering as if she had something else to do or had an emergency & had to be somewhere. There wasn't anyone else in the drive-thru or in front of me. I even asked Tyler through the drive thru to please stop rushing me & allow me to place my order but she kept doing it. So i just left the order as is & didn't order anything else. When i pulled around to the window to pay for my food, Marco processed my payment & i recognized her voice & asked who was the other young lady on the speaker & she pointed to Tyler, the manager. I expressed my concern politely and she was still was very rude & disregarded my concern. She didn't show any empathy for the way i felt even if she didn't agree. She threw her hand up as if to blow me off. It took everything in me to still be nice and polite because she was very rude and didn't show any signs of a Manager who exemplifies good Customer Service and leadership. I left with a very bad view of the entire location because of this one interaction. Both cashiers just had a smirkiest smile on their face as if they were unbothered and didn't care. It is really sad because most people would have acted very ugly with them but i held my composure...
Read moreI'm never visiting this franchise ever again, and here is why you should too, from a long time customer's point of view.
In my personal experience, this Taco Bell location has mediocre times at best. However, I wish to say it was like that every time I come here to order food, but sadly it isn't. Its Taco Bell after all, you don't expect fantastic service from a fast food chain.
I used to come here a lot, maybe once a week after work. I always check the bag to make sure I got everything, and unfortunately, 70% of the time its right. The other 30%, I find myself getting back in the drive through line and getting my order fixed. No big deal
Until it is. I went to this location tonight and ordered a large amount of food for my family, it came out extremely quick, so I didn't think to check the bag on my way out. I was the only car in line, after all. I returned home (15 min drive) and noticed that I was missing two items. I immediately went back to the restaurant to tell them whats up.
The manager, I presume, pleaded that everything in my bag was correct. I told her I have no reason to lie, I just came through the drive-thru and realized my order was wrong. I asked to get the two things remade. The lady said no, that she was certain that the two items were in there. She refused to remake the items.
I said fine, I'll pay for it out of my own pocket. Again. Because forgetting about one of my family members is not cool.
So, here I am, writing a bad review for a franchise who would not take the hit for a loyal, returning customer. What costed the franchise like what, $1.50 to make a quesarito? Costed them a loyal customer, and multiple other customers. I will no longer be going to this location anymore, and I highly suggest you do...
