My experience at the restaurant was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and seated at our reserved table at 7:45 pm, which was a significant advantage given our late reservation. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, creating a fine dining atmosphere that perfectly aligned with our preferences. Our server was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided valuable recommendations for beverages. I opted for the “In Fashion” bourbon, which was one of the finest bourbons I have tasted in recent times. My wife chose the passion fruit mojito, which was both delicious and robust. To begin, we indulged in the pan-fried calamari, which were remarkably well-prepared. The seasoning was exquisite, and the peppers complemented the dish perfectly. Next, we ordered the bone-in ribeye steak, medium for me and medium for my wife, accompanied by a side of lobster macaroni recommended by our server. My steak was seasoned to perfection, juicy, and charred to the desired level. While it was slightly overcooked to medium-well, it retained its tenderness and flavor. My wife’s steak was cooked to the ideal medium doneness, resulting in a juicy and flavorful experience. I would give the steak a 9 out of 10. The lobster macaroni, however, fell short of expectations. The pasta was predominantly dry, and the lobster was sparsely distributed, comprising only about three clumps. To enhance the dish, the lobster should have been chopped and incorporated into the macaroni, allowing for a more consistent taste throughout each bite. I would rate the macaroni approximately 4.5 out of 10. Throughout our dining experience, the service was impeccable. Our server consistently refilled our drinks and attentively monitored our meal. To conclude our evening, we opted for a creme brulee, which was a delightful dessert. The presentation was impressive, and the taste was exceptional. The fresh fruit topping added a touch of sweetness and enhanced the overall flavor. I would rate the creme brulee a perfect 10 out of 10. In summary, our dinner at the restaurant was a memorable experience. The exceptional service, elegant ambiance, and delectable cuisine made it a truly enjoyable evening.

Our recent dining experience at The Capital Grille in The Woodlands was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with exceptional care and attention, making our special occasion truly memorable. The food was absolutely amazing. We started with the pan-fried calamari, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful. For our main courses, we indulged in the perfectly cooked Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Miso Butter and the exquisite Kona-Crusted Dry Aged Bone-In NY Strip with Shallot Butter. Each dish was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable. The entire staff catered to our every need with a level of attentiveness that made us feel incredibly valued. The management was very welcoming, and both managers were accommodating and warm, ensuring that our evening was flawless from start to finish. The cocktails were another highlight of the evening. We tried several of their signature cocktails, each one crafted with precision and flair. The special touches added to our meal were much appreciated and made the evening extra special. To top it all off, we were treated to delightful desserts and champagne, which provided a perfect ending to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is simply amazing. The elegant decor and ambient lighting created a perfect setting for our celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to our waiter, Melkizedek, for his outstanding service and to the managers for their hospitality. We look forward to our next visit!

I took my son today to celebrate his 8th birthday! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming! Judah felt like a celebrity with all the kind attention! Nothing was over-the-top. The feeling was sincerity and class- very warm! First, the host and hostesses were all smiles, kind words and excitement.

Then the table was bedazzled with “Happy Birthday” confetti and a hand-written card!! 💕The managers came (at different times) to greet Judah and talk with him! He felt so special!! Our waitstaff were impeccable and welcoming! Dimitri greeted us warmly and got our drinks (try that mint lemonade!) while our sweet waitress, Carrie, was coming on shift! The team atmosphere was quite seamless and polished! Carrie took excellent care of us. I loved her interactions with my son, too! She even gave him great instruction on how to better cut his steak!!

Which brings me to: The FOOD! đŸ˜± I’ve never had better chicken or steak anywhere! But that beet and whipped goat cheese salad??? I could eat that every day for the rest of my life! Perfect!! There’s some magic going on with that vinaigrette!! 💘💘💘 It was love at first bite!

We thought we would enjoy some sort of birthday dessert and I was curious to see what they offered for birthdays. Oh my, what an incredible surprise when the manager, Quincy, brought a chef hat for Judah to decorate and told him he was going to get to go to the kitchen and make his own dessert!!! Who DOES this??!! It made his birthday!! Check out that smile! I’m sure they couldn’t do such a thing at super busy times/ days, but the fact that they have chef hats, crayons and aprons for kids and even think of going the extra mile like this to bring joy to you as a guest??? I’m wowed!!!

We had an awesome time, start to finish!! This is definitely my new favorite restaurant!!

Thank you, Capital Grille!! You’re amazing and you made us happy in...

This was a huge disappointment. I have been looking forward to try this restaurant since we saw it being built. But to our surprise this was over all just not a great experience all around. My husband made reservations this last Friday on the 6th for our 10 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were asked to wait a couple of minutes to insure our table was ready which was fine. The hostess was very sweet and quickly lead us to our table. But, from that very moment I was not highly impressed. They sat us in the middle of the restaurant at a very small table with some quickly thrown rose petals on the table. To me it looked like there was no thought put into our special table at all plus, it's supposed to be romantic for my husband and I but with the table in the middle of the restaurant did not feel this way. The food to us wasn't anything that amazing and honestly pretty bland for what we were expecting. I have to say the cheesecake at the end of the night was truly the best part. Our server was nice but we didn't feel special or noticed at all. Even the desert that they brought to our table for free for anniversary was nice and all but it was a "here you go" moment. The manager went to every single table in eye sight of us some more than 2 times but never came to ours to check on us, or to say thank you fir choosing them to dine with on our special occasion..how was the food...nothing. Like I said it was like we were invisible and not wanted in their restaurant what so ever. I really dont understand why we were treated this way and this isn't even everything that happened that night but after spending over 400.00 for our dinner and now writing some of the issues from that night I really just dont want to get offended and...
