You should know up front that my wife and I are over 60 šŸ˜‚ we went to dinner for the first time at a restaurant nextdoor and when we came out we decided to venture out of our comfort zone. Lucky for us it was a bit late and we were the only ones there. We signed up for the basic basic. Mind you, my wife is extremely afraid of heights and I must have asked her 30 times if she was sure to do this. We are quite young for our age so I think that helped. We had a blast. We both walked out like excited little children and on the way home to my surprise my wife was talking about ā€œwhen we go backā€ ā¤ļø If you haven’t been, you should go.

Really awesome experience, my wife and I played Outbreak by ourselves since we love horror/scary games. The adventure itself was fun, scary, and filled with zombies! Thanks to the ZL team who recommened this game to us, we will come back and play Space Marine, next time.

My wife and son took me there for my birthday weekend on March 4, 2023. It would have been a 5-star experience but the person who checked us in (I think his name is Kellen) appeared to do what he could to make the experience as unenjoyable as possible. We did not realize that the email instructed we show up 15 minutes early. 13 mins before our session we received a "courtesy" call that felt anything but courteous asking if we were coming or canceling. We shared that we were 5 mins away and did not realize the detail in the email. We can accept we missed the detail. What we did not appreciate was the cold attitude and speaking to us like we were beneath him (eg. others were in our party walking in from the parking lot and he makes a snide comment that they needed to be running in since it was three minutes before we were scheduled to start). Additionally, this guy refuses to allow my wife to participate because she arrived when we were receiving instructions on how to play. She had time to participate and to join our party group (for MY birthday which SHE planned) but he refused and made it clear with the other employees that she was not to participate EVEN in the second session! Yes, we had a split session and in session two she was still instructed she had to sit out because Mr. Kellen did not care about birthdays, or customer experience!

Conversely, Mr. Patrick the "game master" was amazing and tried his best to make our experience as fun as possible. I really appreciate the way he communicated customer service throughout the game play. He even made fun suggestions when we were playing PvP that increased the fun we were having. Overall, the concept is a great concept and the gameplay was amazing, but bad customer service tainted our visit. I am hoping to try it again and see if it is a better experience. In reality, Patrick made the experience pretty close to 5-stars, but Kellen made it feel like zero stars and because of that I gave it a four star rating to be fair to Patrick and the...

Review: Fun, unique experience that is definitely worth the experience.

Graphics : the graphics are good. It's not an 8k crystal clear game that is 100% real life looking. That could be a good thing as the gameplay is very smooth and it's very realistic (physics etc matches perfectly).

Gameplay: The games are fun. You get either two 15 games or one 30 minute game. Very enjoyable and fun experience. Long enough to really enjoy it. You get to finish the game and have unlimited lifes.

Experience: Definitely worth trying it as it's a unique experience with zero lag. The headphones could be better so you can hear one another easier (need ability to tighten the headphones or something as I could hear the others much) but beyond that is fun.

Cost - $50 per time is quite pricey. Is it worth it? Likely for the one time experience but I'm not sure if I'd come back often. Maybe time to time to...
