I have loved A&W ever since I was around 4 years old and that's as long as I can remember but I have now disliked the end of you root beer since I got it and a place that I stopped at not too long ago in lower Michigan I will never buy A&W Root Beer again from them they gave it to me in a plastic bag basically with a lid I don't have any pictures of it right now but to say the least it look like a catheter with a lid and it had KFC on the front instead of A&W can all of the Fizz to the root beer was gone it was flat absolutely flat no Fizz at all to an end of your beer. My husband and I went there for lunch and I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and told them no onions,ketchup or mustard. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato and mayo and pickles but then they made it wrong , I went back up there and told them they'd made it wrong and where was the lettuce, they then informed me that they were out of lettuce and they would remake it ,then I waited for over 10 minutes and seen them talking and playing asked for my money back and they then dropped my food down on the counter and said have a nice day . Went this evening with my daughter thru the drive thru, ordered a kids corn dog nugget meal for her. Went to the window paid and onto the next to get the food. While at the window I was told it would be a few minutes for the corn dog nuggets, ok no big deal, so I pull ahead and wait 10 minutes. I get home and I have a double order of my 5pc tender meal and no corn dog meal for her.
