Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Thomas Township

Ordered an everything bagel that was lucky to have a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. On 1/4 of the bagel was a small blotch of cream cheese. The worker was too lazy to spread that little teaspoon around. I asked for it to be toasted twice. It was not even toasted once. The bagel was not put on the grill like they said they were going to do because their toaster was broken. Bagel tastes like peanut butter. The timbits were so hard. I don’t know if they were from yesterday or what but they were not very fresh. This Tim Hortons is the worst in the area or I should say the state. Always has been always ready. I usually go to State Street and take the time out of my day going out of the way to get my food because of this place being like this, and I can see, they have not changed whatsoever over the past few years. Honestly, this one should be investigated and shut down because I believe they did some illegal stuff years ago. This location is a disappointment 95% of the time I stop here. Yesterday I stopped to attempt to get egg bites over an hour before they are supposed to stop serving them and I was told they were out for the day. I confirmed the time they were supposed to be served til and they said 11. I told them this is a reoccurring issue I have when stopping here always out of something (last time it was sausage and egg bites) and they never have the egg bites available. Someone else apologized and stated management won't let him cook additional. I said for them to forget my order I'll drive clear across town to the other location. Frustrated and on a time crunch I decided to call the other location explained what happened and they stated they were actually sold out to but if I wanted to come there they would make some for me! Went to get a dozen to share at work. When I mentioned I just would like a dozen the girl on the speaker asked if I wanted to choose them. I replied "well I want half Christmas trees and half regular glazed" He attitude was AWFUL and she snapped back "you will have to give me a minute to get a box and then you can choose" I agreed and told her to take her time. As I sat there I noticed the cat in front of me had pulled away with no order. Over 5 minutes passed and then I heard the girl on the speaker ask what doughnuts I would like. I repeated my order as I did in the beginning..as SOON as I said Christmas Trees she popped off with "Christmas Trees don't go in MY dozen" Why wouldn't you say that in the beginning?? I pulled off, went in to the grocery store across the street..where I met the woman would has been in front of me in the drive thru.
