I unfortunately live close to this location. Within one to two minutes away so it’s obviously convenient. I’ve contacted corporate who just sends me to the owner. Which is pointless. The food is always cold and their service is terrible. It got better for a short time. But today was a reminder of how extremely terrible this location is. I placed an order on the app and chose curbside. I waited 15 minutes. When I pulled in there was about 5 cars in line. In 15 minutes there was plenty of cars that made their way thru the line. So I went in. There was nobody at the counter so I had to wait a few minutes for someone to finally come over. I told them I had been waiting outside for about 15 minutes for food. She said she was just getting it bagged to bring out. That people were on break and they were busy. Not even an I’m sorry for the wait. She walked back and tossed the bag of food on the counter and walked away. I looked in the bag and I was missing a fry. So I had to yell for her for a few times. She brought back the fries but not before she just stood there holding the carton of fries talking to someone else for a minute. She drops them in my bag and walks away. Still never an apology. And on top of that the food wasn’t even hot. Do I go to state and center and have my food be cold by the time I get home? But at least get decent service?? Yup. I think that’s the next step. Read moreI pulled up through the drive through and the lady asked if i was using the mobile app and i said yes...I then waited there for 4 minutes to hear back from her and when i did she asked me what i wanted and did not even apologize for the wait..i told her i wanted to get 3 mcdoubles no pickle, medium fry, large diet coke, and a large shamrock shake. she then said that the shake machine was broken....which always seems to be the problem. i then said okay no problem and she asked if that was all and i told her yes and she gave me my total. i then paid for my food and pulled up to my second window. I got my food and headed home. When I got home ready to eat my food i noticed that there was no medium fry which I paid for... I should of got my receipt but I did not even think about it because the back cash person didnt offer it to me. Anyway all I had was the three mcdoubles and the diet coke. I got my mcdoubles out and the bread was hard like it had been sitting there for a while and there were pickles on the burger which i asked them 2 times to not put pickles on it. As a frequent customer of this local McDonald's, I've noticed a significant decline in order accuracy over the past year. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the frequency of errors with my orders has become unacceptable.
This location used to excel in getting orders right, but recently, it's been a different story. I've experienced multiple issues such as missing sandwiches and receiving wrong items. The most recent mistake occurred yesterday when I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy but was given a Big Mac instead. The Big Mac was even placed inside a McCrispy container. How does that even happen? I understand that the fast food industry can be tough work; I have also worked in food service and retail before. I know how it is, but there is just no excuse for this level of carelessness.
My order didn't even contain a Big Mac. How do you take a Big Mac and place it inside a Mcrispy container without even realizing it? It's frustrating, especially when purchasing one of the more expensive items on the menu (Like a deluxe Mcrispy...) and receiving something entirely different.
