Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thomaston

Been here on a few occasions to get coffee, and I've decided it's just better to stick with the DD's in Rockland. The staff here are either always joking around and not paying attention to the order so it comes back wrong, or they slack on the chocolate in my mocha iced coffee, so I'm forced to add more of my own chocolate syrup at home to compensate for the lack of chocolate. Only a couple times has it actually come back right, and that's saying something because the DD in Rockland seems to get it right every time.

!!!UPDATE!!! 3/2/18 Once again I tried to get my usual large iced coffee with 6 cream and 6 mocha, unfortunately the Rockland location had cars piling out of the drive thru, so I decided to try the Thomaston location in the hopes that better management has taken over in the last year since I've been here. I was DEAD wrong. It's still the same incompetent management as before. The guy behind the counter hands me my coffee, didn't even shake it, and gave me about 1 shot of mocha in my coffee with as much cream as they could shove in there. Why?!!! This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have to make an extra trip to the store just to get some chocolate syrup for my coffee before I go to work, how is this acceptable?!! It appears none of the staff are being trained properly which is why my coffee NEVER comes back right at this location. IT'S SUCH A SIMPLE COFFEE COMBO, are you people seriously this incompetent??? I am so sickened by this place that I'm choking down my coffee as I write this. I don't care how long the wait time is at Rockland, they're management is impeccable and it's a lot less trouble than having to deal with a badly managed coffee shop that can't make it's customers' coffee right, not even once. I never thought i would leave a bad review for a place but…. This place has gone downhill. I use to go to this specific Dunkin all the time with my family. There was a nice young girl with black hair in braids or pigtails, and an older lady. Now since they are gone- again it’s gone down hill. The 2 last times that I’ve been in a lady with colored hair argued with my family both times about an online order. They can’t give us what we wanted on the online order I guess? So she told me I had to take it up with the app and not her. The second time it was the same girl and she had the same attitude to a customer in front of us about an online order- she couldn’t get most of what she ordered. Then to us she argued about what we wanted to order saying she couldn’t make it. I’m not sure if they are a franchise. But we said we would just go to a different one that isn’t a franchise so they can make our drink how we like it…And as we left the colored hair girl yelled at us while we were leaving saying something like “good don’t come back”. Completely uncalled for. She was working with a gentleman at that time and he witnessed both encounters. Also they barely EVERRR...

I’m not one to complain and speak up but I went to this dunkin donuts tonight and the service was awful. I ordered two hot coffees and on one of the coffees they didn’t put the lid on all the way and it spilled all over my hand and burnt it. Out of shock of the unexpected heat, I said screamed and said this is hot I’ve burnt my hand and the gentleman just stared at me. I asked him if he could grab the coffee because I could not feel my hand and he grabbed it and walked away and went to take someone else’s order at the counter not even acknowledging that the coffee burnt my hand or handing me napkins to wipe the hot coffee off my hand. He came back 3 minutes later where I could finally ask for some napkins to wipe my hand. Another woman put a lid on the coffee and I told her that I burnt my hand on the last one that I was handed and she said nothing, handed me my coffee and said to have a nice day, again not acknowledging that I severely burnt my hand.
