Hometown Pizza III — Restaurant in Thomaston

When with a party of 14 people for my nephew birthday. 1. They never brought my nephew stake 2. My father ordered rostbeef grinder got stake my boyfriend and brother in law &sister inlaw got the wrong. .my other brother inlaw ordered chicken parm which was cold inside . I got a meatball. The the out side meatballs were ice cold. And the chess not fully melted. The rool was very hot and toasted. . We had asked them to re make the food that was not right to begin with and to heat up my meatball. The "owner came over said I stuck my finger I. To the meatballs in the center of the sandwich and they were hot. . Then said I'm not making anyone's food over. . How is that a good restaurant and how's that for good business 🤔.? He told us we could leave. . As well as only 2 people ate a very little bit of their food. And one of the waitresses as we were all leaving said. Oh, look, you guys all get to walk out. And have free food for the night? Hello, nobody ate there. food because our food was all wrong. And they never made it over again. So how do we get free food? DO NOT GO THERE. . I REPET DO NOT GO THERE. 😡😤😡😠😠🤬 I would like to leave all zeros ( 0 ) but I'm not sure it will let me. Not too mention, but we have been going to this pizza. Place for over 10 years now, . So now really sure why the manager? There decided to be a big bad man today and tell us that he would not make our food over again. When we haven't constant customers for so long. But now we will not return to this place again. And I hope nobody else goes there either and if you do I hope you have a better...

This was my 3rd time trying this place. I'm new to the area and live so close, then again it seems like all the pizza places are close by. 1st time I got the Nicu special pizza, chicken super dry but honestly I don't mind. 2nd time chicken Alfredo, I was really looking forward to this and it tasted like water... no flavor not even salt and again chicken super dry. 3rd n final time I get a 1/2 peperoni 1/sausage pepper and onion. I smelled the old onions as soon as I got in the car.. onions have been hit or miss for me since covid so I'm thinking it's just me. I get home open it up and it looks like they forgot the onion and when it was done threw handfuls off soggy raw onion on my pizza??? One bad experience won't make me write a review not even 2 and that Alfredo was bad, but 3x 3 different items, all bad. Don't waste your money... Mona Lisa's...

Customer service isn’t good, I’ve been a customer for over ten years there. I got a cold soup few months back and called to get a hot soup and the owner told me the next time I come in they would just give me a new soup instead of driving me a soup that night. Then I called to have a big order for delivery to an address on the Thomaston line that’s 3.5 miles away from them, where they have delivered before, and was told they don’t deliver here. I told the lady on the phone that this isn’t the first time and it’s not actually in harwinton it’s the Thomaston line but she refused to deliver or take my order even though it wasn’t the first time we’ve ordered to...
