Positive atmosphere and the breakfast pastry was delicious! The cinnamon bun was a bit too sweet but had a good amount of cinnamon. It was thin and too dry. Drizzle of icing would be better than a blob. The turnovers were very flaky and the jam was thin. There was no raspberry texture. The bread pudding was lacking flavor and top was burnt. I would like to see a caramel drizzle and maybe pecans on the bread pudding. I couldn't tell what the grape shaped things were in the bread pudding but it wasn't good. I’d been following them on Instagram for awhile drooling over their treats, and woke up Mother’s Day deciding it was the day, and finally went! My husband was like “Jolene you always do this, get pumped over something and then are disappointed, it might not be that good” and he was so wrong! Totally lived up to expectations! I had the blueberry cheesecake roll and it was everything I’d dreamed of! My kids also loved theirs, but their judgement doesn’t matter, they’ll eat anything with sugar. I came here to try her fabulous looking pastries! The scones were so good and she even had a gluten free scone. If taking it home, warm up a bit and slather butter on it to really make it more delicious 😋. I also got the cinnamon roll and I was expecting a gooey center and was little disappointed as it was not moist at all. Again warming up in the microwave helped along with butter🧈 .
