Staff should pay attention to what you're ordering. I ordered 2 folded eggs with cheese and a hash brown. Couldn't figure out why it was over $10. On the board the folded egg was .99 cheese .50 hash browns 2.50 rounded up. When I asked she explained there was a .50 upcharge on the eggs. Still it would not have equaled up over $10 with the upcharge. When I got home I had, and was charged for, 2 egg and cheese biscuits and hash brown. I didn't order biscuits because due to health reasons I cannot eat them. Even if I could have they were cooked to the point that the tops were so hard you couldn't have eaten them if you wanted to. It used to be that their parking lot was full, their drive through was packed all the time, now I know why they no longer are. They have become so expensive that it's not affordable for you to eat there individually much less as a family. Their service has also gone downhill due to the fact these teenagers, not all are this way, today have no manners and that seems to primarily be who he hires, and the food is no longer the quality it used to be. I won't be going back again as this is not the first time incidents of this nature...

Drove 20 minutes to try this place for the first time. Very disappointed!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich special that comes with fries and a drink and my husband ordered the 2 hotdogs special with fries and a drink. We waited in line about 10 minutes to order and originally planned to order breakfast since we had heard some good things about it, but we saw the biscuits, eggs, chicken tenders, etc. sitting up under a heat lamp while we were in line so we changed our mines to order items we thought would be fresher. The hotdogs were boiled and didn’t have any flavor, but my husband’s fries were hot. I was charged $.40 for 1 tomato on my sandwich and was not told it would be an extra charge and had 2 cold chicken tenders I am assuming were from the pile sitting under the heat lamps on the sandwich. I thought it was going to be a real chicken breast on the sandwich not 2 chicken tenders that made the sandwich fall apart were trying to eat it. My fries were barely warm and our drinks had a minimal amount of ice. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet and the Cheerwine was flat. I hope it was just an off day as this has been my go to for BBQ years. Not unusual for me to get breakfast and stop by in the evening for dinner. So today as usual I ordered my tenderloin and cheese biscuit and large grits double cheese. I get home ready for my biscuit and I got a Bacon biscuit. Now I will say there was about 10 full slices of delicious crispy bacon but I would of rather had my tenderloin. Grits, well no cheese. Figured must of been an off day and they do get extremely busy at breakfast. Stop by for supper with my simple order of 1 hot dog with mustard and chili, 1 chopped sandwich no slaw, and a large sweet tea which was the only thing right. The sandwich had more slaw than BBQ and the hot dog had no mustard or chili but about half a cup of onions and slaw I searched for the chili. I saw a little grease on the bun but the chili itself was undetectable. I'll gladly give them another try as when it's right which it is every other time it literally puts a smile...
