That 21 year old boy that is the general manager is very rude to people. He has a smart mouth and when you ask about other employees he puts them down saying, " Oh, they are just a shift leader! " I was so shocked by the disgusting attitude of this boy. No respect for his elders and takes his position to his head. I'm surprised no one else has seen the way his attitude is. His name is James Andrew Martindale. No general manager should have this kind of attitude and treat others so badly for no reason. People are going through things out here and they definitely do not need to run into people like this at a business where customer service is supposed to be a priority. Read moreI have to say that I've never in my 46 years on Earth and I have always been Papa John's number one fan. But this location has totally ruined it forever yes everybody has a bad night I was hungry and I got some money and I had $100 bill so I ordered $55 worth of food the driver gets here she doesn't have change because I ordered online and nobody told me. She's rude as hell she tells me she's got to take my food back because I can't pay for it. WTW.... Like I'm really slow sometimes I might be a little airheaded people call me blonde but last time I checked $100 bill did not qualify for not being able to pay. Totally could have been avoided call the manager the next day was told I was going to be contacted by someone no one ever called. Was supposed to receive coupons didn't get them tried to call spoke with another manager I got to run around. I was placed on hold so long that I was able to drive to the store and place my order in person before they answered my call.
It still took 5-7 minutes to do that, as only one employee was taking phone orders.
Took 20 minutes to receive my stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was ok, nothing great about it though. This location is missing good management. Matter of fact, ANY management. I didnt see any managers there. The employees there weren't very friendly. Nor were they motivated to work. They were all taking their sweet time while working. No sense of urgency or care.
All employees were wearing face masks but they all had them pulled down under their chins. Might as well have just removed them, would have been the same thing.
I dont visit this location very often and based on this latest experience, I will not be going back anytime soon. Which, I'm sure is just fine with the employees. One less person they have to deal...
