Yes 9/25/23 at 12:15pm I had ordered the number 3 super sonic meal through the drive at the Thomasville NC location at 603 Randolph st. As I returnd to my job and began eating my meal. I ate the tots first because I don't like cold fries or tots. As I began to take bit out of my burger I notice that it was not what I ordered as well as it was old meat. I return to the store ans went inside where I show the burger to one of the cashiers and explain it was not what I ordered and it was old meat. She agreed and asked for a remake with fresh meat. I could clearly see every move the person cooking the new burger was making. As I watched he cook fresh burger bit did not put them on my sandwich. Instead he placed them in a container and took out other burgers from the container and place them on my sandwich. Now mind you he used his hands with the same gloves he had had on prior to me coming inside. So as i checked the burger and showed it to the cashier and stated that this was not tburgers he had cooked. She began to argue with me as well as some guy that was just sitting in the lobby with some kids. The guy claim to be the general manager (Wesley) but was not in any type of uniform identifying him as an employee there. He langue and attitude was very disrespectful. The cashier who i can assume is in some type of relationship with him tried to get him to be quiet. The staff with exception of the person who took my order all began to try an argue with me. To make a long story short they were very disrespectful they Wesley guy made verbal threats and accused me of trying get free food. He used racial ( the N word) verbiage towards me as well attempted to follow me to my car until the girl stopped him. This very appalling to ha received Such disrespect. I have been going to this Sonic for yrs and 9 out of 10 times I left unsatisfied and wondering why I wasted my time and money there, lazy managers and disrespectful crew members unclean environment you couldnt have paid me to sit inside and eat although this location has an inside dining area that is very nice it was very dirty never clean tables sticky floors just a mess. I stopped coming for a long time and did not hide my opinion to any one that mentioned eating there it didn't matter what was on sale I declined, my granddaughter just had to have some 3D glasses and some kind of solar slushie so I gave in and took her we decided to walk into the dining room to order mainly to see them prepare our order unfortunately I had had too many prior incidents with this Sonic and it never paid to say anything to the manager who ofc was always in the back I'm sure at a desk I just wanted to watch to make sure they were not nasty with our order, I was in awe I couldn't believe it was the same fast-food restaurant I had grown to despise, it was a very pleasant welcoming vibe, employees smiling and greeting, regardless how busy they were, tables clean and surprisingly the whole store seemed cleaner and just more taken care of we didn't just grab our food and run we sat at one of the tall tables and enjoyed being there, I hate to admit I eat there more than I do at home, sometimes the wait exceeds my expectations but when it is my food is made to order and I'm satisfied maybe not with the prices, but the quality of my food is what I expect. 6/21/21 I reached out to the customer service number below. The person that took my call only provided canned answers and was not able to help me directly. I asked for the supervisor on duty, told no one available. Could not reach resolution, told “upper management “ would call me back, could not tell me when or what day.
7/19/21 This issue still has not been resolved, Sonic has gone dark and is not responding. Never seen failure of this magnitude for a company of this size.
