Horrible!! The worst treatment!!The shift manager that was on duty around 5:00 on 1/26/2019 was extremely rude, has no customer service manners and speaks hatefully to her workers, as well as, any customer who has any questions. My mother and I went through the drive-thru to place 2 orders. One was for a few hot and ready pizzas, One was for wings & 2 specialty pizzas (supremes). We understood that we'd have to pull around front and wait for the specialty ones. No problem! We weren't sure what kinds of toppings came on the supremes, so we asked. The young girl at the window was somewhat new and didn't know, so she called another lady over (who I later found out was the manager). She told us the toppings that come on the supreme (can't go by the picture, it's not accurate). One of the toppings is mushrooms, which my mother hates, so we asked if we could swap the mushrooms out for black olives instead. The lady simply said, in a rather condescending tone, "Yes, you can, but it will change the price and you'll be charged for the extra topping." Ok, what? I'm confused, same # of toppings, but costs to swap? Ok, whatever, forget that... so we order a supreme, no mushrooms, no swapping, just leave off the mushrooms. Young girl takes our order, charges our card, hands us a blue cone, instructing us to pull around front, pizzas will be right out. We thank her and drive around. Upon pulling in the parking space my mom noticed that the pizzas costed more than the advertised price, she's wondering why. So I jump out real quick, go inside and ask for the manager. Same rude lady that came to the window! I asked, "Why is the pizza more than what the menu says?" She replies, again condescendingly and in an even harsher tone, "I told you that modifying the pizza changes the pricing!" I said, "You said it would be more for swapping out, not leaving something off". She gets louder, and says, "No! Any way you modify the order, it changes the price." My thought and reply was, "Ok, so it should be less cost for less toppings." She just keeps saying no, that's the way the system is, we said no mushrooms so the extra charge is our fault... after a few minutes back and forth, she offers to remake it and leave the mushrooms on so we don't have to pay extra. ??!!?? What, really, we have to either pay for them to leave off toppings we DON'T WANT (saving them time & money) or pay regular price to deal with unwanted toppings and pick them off.. I consult with my mom, she says they should've been more clear about that to begin with, however she'd rather pay less money and we'll just pick off the mushrooms. (I mean, isn't that why we go to Little Caesar's anyway, because it's cheap?) They charged $37 & change for 2 pizzas and 2 wings!! We could've (and should've) went to a nicer, much better quality pizza place for that price! I bought 4 pizzas and a soda and mine was almost half that cost... anyway, I digress, sorry (still fuming a little). So, off she goes yelling out, "I need 2 supremes for a customer waiting in store!" Then she heads to the register at the drive-thru, shows the young girl how to do a refund/cancel transaction and recharge, whatever. She's obviously aggravated with me, but is taking it out on these poor workers. She hatefully yells out, "Someone needs to come take these drive-thru orders while I fix this lady's card." Then a young boy comes from the back area and says I have the supremes no mushrooms in the oven, it'll be just a minute for the regular supremes. Manager tells him to put the regular supremes in and take the no mushrooms out that she's deleted that order, comes back gives me the card, I thank her and I apologize, stating that we weren't trying to cause trouble or make a scene, we just didn't understand why it costs so much more to just leave the toppings off, then I head back out to wait. Once we receive the regular supreme pizzas, we get home only to discover the pizza is COVERED in mushrooms, as in you can't see any other toppings, only mushrooms, like the manager did it out of SPITE!! Utterly...
Read moreIf I could give this Little Caesars zero stars I would. I'm not one to leave reviews often, and I have never left a bad one for any establishment But my goodness... Let's start with the disclaimer that this is Little Caesars, home of the $5 Hot and Ready. I have frequented MANY Little Caesars in my lifetime and I have never expected a culinary delicacy, just some cheap "alright pizza". I placed an online order for 5 pizzas, one being a Detroit Deep Dish and the others being basic run-of-the-mill pizzas, and 3 orders of their delicious Crazy bread. I arrive to pick up my already paid for order and they had a young lady working the counter whose speed reminded me of Flash, the slow working sloth who ran the DMV in the movie Zootopia. I'm sure she's an awesome person but she didn't even try. I only went in after waiting until their backed up drive thru for 10 mins prior to no avail and this young lady had me wait 10 mins at a distance of 2 feet apart before even speaking a word to me. She just told me to wait and then disappeared. And no, she wasn't helping the drive thru line. Anyway, eventually a young and charming male manager stepped up to the plate and got my order to the counter... Long story short the deep dish pizza was pure dough even after sticking in my own oven for 10 mins at 400, the cheese pizza was burnt upon arrival, and everything else was soggy and not fully cut. The crazy bread was more like "IDGAF Bread", because it looked like someone purposefully pulled it from the oven too fast and then sat on it. We had to throw it all away because it was straight garbage. It was just the absolute worst quick pizza place experience I have ever had and it came at a price of $70 and feeding the trash can. I managed a pizza place similar to Little Caesar's for many of my younger years and my experience just boggles my mind. The manager was great. He was doing his best, however the other workers seemed miserable at best. While I waited by the counter forever I was tempted to ask for a visor and get the orders out myself. That backed up line, uncooked and cut pizza and unfriendly Flash at the register did it for me, and unfortunately I know I'm not the only costumer who won't be returning. My advice is to hire new staff and it PAINS me to say that because of my experience in the quick food industry but they are taking paying customers money and giving out hardly edible food in the absolute slowest time frame possible. It's a mess there and I'm sure they are all great kids but omg. I doubt there was much the shift manager could do to fix these issues seeing as he was running back and forth and doing the MOST. Seems like that guy is swimming in it and no one is helping. Papa Johns is...
Read moreI been a customer since they opened. Today was the last straw. For the past 2 months, I’ve been helped by a young boy, probably 17 Years old who is never friendly. He is always rude. No manners at all. So today 2/27/2022 at around 2:15pm, I picked up a mobile order. Waited at the window about 3 minutes before he came to the window. He came to the window before and saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. Then let me wait longer and when he came to the window he said “Drive thru is closed” and quickly was closing the window before I can say anything. I said I’m picking up a mobile order and he replied rudely “Okay, what’s the name?” so when he handed me the Pizza, I asked him how would people know it’s closed. He replied rudely “That’s why I’m letting them know” and I said so they have to sit here for a while before you let them know? And he replied really quickly, with an attitude “I’m busy doing other stuff” and gave me a nasty stare and close the window. It wasn’t even busy. Moral of this review is…. Put a sign up “Drive thru closed”, that is, if it was really closed. or use the word SORRY “the drive thru is closed” or better yet hire people that have manners and don’t want to see business failing because of employees like these. People like him shouldn’t be working there if this is the way he’s going treat customers. I will not spent my hard earning dollars on this place anymore. There are other and better pizza places in...
