Capri's Pizzeria & Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Thomasville

I placed an order online get there to pickup..leave my car running as I ordered ahead…needless to say my car was still running 40-45mins later…. I sat there watched two separate families wait for food, be served food, drinks refilled, wait for 2go boxes, pack food, use the bathroom….still waiting…no one is communicating with me everyone is doing their own thing….finally I ask can you tell me how much longer..she says about 5 more mins…in my mind you told me 10 minutes when I arrived 30+ minutes ago…..about 15 minutes later I asked the young lady which one of them was the manager…she pointed to the waitress… I said mam do you see how long I’ve sat here can you offer me anything at this point?? I mean a drink! Something!!! She walks off saying nothing! Goes to the back comes back with the food sits it down walks away saying there you go….. I immediately noticed the tea was missing JUST LIKE IN MY DELIVERY ORDER!! I said oh so I’ve sat here this long and now you’re rushing me by walking away and everything is not even here! She stands there looking crazy no apology just looking crazy!! The cook steps in to apologize and explained they forgot the wings so in other words allllll this other food I order has been sitting getting cold why I’ve been waiting for the wings that were forgotten….. I didn’t say anything about that bc the “manager” wouldn’t have done anything anyway!! I thanked him for apologizing and left mad! I did tell her common courtesy isn’t so common anymore! We won’t return 65+ dollars for such poor service. And why is the manager waiting tables collecting tips. That was strange. Forget what the food tasted like. I don’t know didn’t even care after that. Got home gave it to my family. I do remember taking a photo of the appetizer as I thought to myself did I really pay...

If I could rate them 0 stars I would have I ordered food at work as I always do and the food was wrong not just one time but 3 times, 3 times i tried three times to get my food right and there was still no success in completing a simple order so I finally gave up and told the owner I wanted my money back they said after you get off work come over here and get your money back then I get there the delivery driver looks at me and I already knew I was going to have a hard time getting anything back which I did not it takes the manager 10 minutes just to walk out to tell me if he had the food he could give me a refund well that was not said when a delivery driver was standing in the supervisor's office cussing because her manager made her mad about this whole ordeal not to mention clearly told me and her he would refund the money never once said she had to have the food or she could take the food back with her I do not recommend this place to anybody they are highly unsanitary and very rude it's not so much about your refund as it was of getting my order right I will never order there again this is why I stopped...

Delivery: so I get delivery every other week but I have my favorite delivery driver who is always so sweet and cordial with me. One time I placed an order for delivery (late at night) and wasn’t home yet and she waited until I was so my food was hot and we talked in my driveway for 30 minutes (since I was the last delivery of the night) she was so nice and always says hi to me when I dine in! So far all my phone in orders have been correct.

Dine in: I love dining in. I used to go with my boyfriend every so often but now I go in recently on Monday’s with my best friend but the 3 waitress on shift were very delightful to us. I was very patient with one of the lady’s due to she was obviously training but she still was very nice. (The waitress that was training) she forgot something of mine and one of the other waitress ran in behind her to make sure that me and bsf didn’t go without sweet tea and my best friend gos through some sweet tea!
