If I could give more stars, I would. We’re traveling back to Georgia from North Carolina and stopped at the Randolph St. location in Thomasville. My husband ordered the spicy honey chicken biscuit and I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. We both ordered hashbrowns and I got a large coffee. Total cost $15.92 and well worth every penny. The biscuit was perfect, didn’t fall apart. The chicken was juicy and had flavor. Same with the steak. Egg was fresh, cooked beautifully and the English muffin was SO soft. Hashbrowns were hot and crispy and not greasy. The coffee was life!!! Big thanks to the staff there who obviously care about the product they’re selling!!!! Quality service, quality food. Will definitely be back next time we pass through!!! EDIT: I’m sad to edit this review… Has this store experienced a management change?? I ask because the last four times we’ve stopped at this location, the quality has seriously gone down. I stopped getting the steak English muffin. I’m not sure if they switched products or what, but it became like biting through styrofoam, complete with the sound. It was incredibly dry, even with mayonnaise. The English muffins are no longer soft either. The last few times, they’ve been hard and chewy, which makes me sad because it was a great breakfast sandwich for so many years. The hash browns have gone way down also. On this latest trip, June 2024, we ended up throwing the hash browns out without even bothering to try to eat them because the wrapper was so drenched in grease it was literally running off the paper and the hash browns were stuck to the inside off the wrapper. They were completely undercooked. The only plus is that the coffee is still good. We will probably take this location off our...
Read moreMy brother and I visit Biscuitville yesterday. I actually didn't eat because I wasn't hungry. My brother said it was good. He had chicken biscuit Fries and coffee. They had a long line because they we short staffed. The biscuit dough was just sitting there waiting for someone to knead it and make more biscuits from the time I got there till we Left. What few people they had working was trying to assist in all areas to the best of their ability. It was a mess. The place is very small up front where you place your order and as people come in to place order it got very congested because of the people already waiting for there food. I say if you going to run a business you need to be properly staff. Now that I saw how long that dough was sitting out uncovered how many other times has this happened. I pass on visiting there again. I must say considering the situation the customers handle it pretty well. I only heard a few comments from a few...
Read moreEverytime I go I find issues with the pricing after I order. The last time it was 2 charges of $.70 for one side of eggs. The manager told me this was true for 1 side of eggs. This time I ordered 1 gravy biscuit combo for $4.29. That is the menu price. The lady kindly asked me fries or hash brown like they always do. We got fries like we always do. The price on the receipt was $4.69. Corporate America is robbing us. They told me it was extra for fries. So I called another location. They told me the same. This isn't advertised any were in store or on commercials. Most people don't even know this I'm sure. I feel like I've been taken advantage of by biscuitville and I will not return. Someone should sue them for this robbing americans. Everyone else tells you on the menu the extra charge for items. Most places mix or match is...
