This was my first time ordering from Marcoās, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I ordered a large one-topping pizza ($16) with pepperoni on half and Parmesan crust on the whole pizza. I had seen the advertised deal for $10.99, but somehow the price was $6 higher, which already didnāt make sense.
After waiting over 30 minutes in the parking lot (even though there were no other customers and it clearly wasnāt busy), I finally got my order. When we got home, I opened the box to find a plain cheese pizzaāno pepperoni at allāand only half the crust had Parmesan instead of the whole crust as ordered. To make it worse, the receipt taped to the box clearly said āhalf pepperoni, Parmesan on whole crustā so the order was written down correctly but still made wrong.
To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I essentially paid $16 for a plain cheese pizza I didnāt want. If we didnāt live so far away, I would have gone right back to show them.
This experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Mistakes happen, but between the long wait, the price jump, and the completely incorrect order, I donāt plan on...

We tried to made contact and was put on hold 2 different times for over 15 min. When we finally made contact with the manager, she told us that they had a delivery driver wreck. We asked for it to be remade and that if she would have called us and noticed us we would of gladly came to pick it up. She was so rude and refused to serve us because I guess we called more then once. I really feel like this could have been handled so much better. I completely understand that things happen. What I don't understand is how someone could be put in a management position with anger management issues and no customer service ability. If I was Marcos I would seriously consider reviewing my management. I'll never eat there again. Which I've said the last few times I ordered from there. When they first came to town it was great. Never had a problem. The last two months. I don't know what has happened. But If anyone asks me go to fratelli's. Shoot for that matter a box pizza from Walmart...

A young girl, a worker, was beside him talking to him. I told him the name on the order. He checked the rack and it wasn't on there. He walked over to the table that they put pizza on when it comes out of the oven and there was a pizza sitting in an opened box. He put the butter on the crust and sprinkled seasoning on top. Guess what, it was our pizza. I took it and left. When I got in the truck the box wasn't even warm. I decided to go home and give it a chance. Got home and took it out of the box. It was warm but no further than I live, it should have been hot still. That young girl was right beside the manager the whole time I was there. She was telling him about trying to get another worker to fill in for her. That's all well and fine, but don't do it while a customer is being helped. I'm not even sure if she was on the clock, but if she was she needed to be working and discussing her issue without interfering with customers business. By the way, the pizza...
