Beautiful cafe in Thomasville. It has a proper cafe ambience and feel to it. Absolutely loved it. Big windows let in a lot of sun. Great place to enjoy coffee and their gourmet chocolates and cakes and have conversations or just to enjoy a book or something. I loved that seat by window with cushions and everything. The coffee is great. I ordered an americano and it tasted rich and smooth. The barista told me that they use a double shot, which if how I prefer it, so that was great. The caramel brownie was absolutely incredible. It was just so well done. The whole combo of caramel and the sea salt and the caramelised buttery flavors gave an amazing taste to the brownie. I have a confession... for the first time in my life I ate dessert before dinner. My friend and I were going to Jonah's for dinner and, of course, there was a wait for the best seafood restaurant in town. So to kill some time we decided to check out Sweet Cacao's. That was no mistake or coincidence that led us there, but rather divine intervention! There are no words to adequately describe the unadulterated decadence of the turtle cheesecake made fresh at Sweet Cacao's! It was not just dessert, it was an experience and one I will be repeating, as often as I possibly can! I love this place. I went in today and I always get the salted caramel Gelato milkshake. This time I accidently did not mention milkshake and they served me the ice cream instead. I told them that I ordered the wrong thing and they were more than accommodating. McKenzie fixed my order and was very kind about it. They weren't annoyed, they they were just happy to remake my order. Great service, great employees, and the sweets are all amazing and handmade.
