SCAM ALERT: SPEND YOUR MONEY & TIME ELSEWHERE: I was here last, ordered a meal then after paying cash was told to pull up and they would bring my food out. They had the next customer pull up behind me to wait for their food as well, then took about 3 more car orders who left and didnât have to wait. After waiting over 10 minutes the guy in the car behind me got out, went to the window then they gave him a bag. No one ever came outside to check on us or give us our order. That guy left mad. So I got out went to the window, gave my receipt then asked for a manager and refund. The young girl who was supposed to be in charge was at the window counting money (which she shouldnât have been doing late night), never looked or spoke to me. Then told the other employee that they do give refunds. I never got my order, then she said they would remake my order(now here over 20 minutes). I said how do you remake something that was never made, I had already waited, just wanted my money back. She said she had to call a gm then walked away from the window with the phone even after I asked her to call in front of me so I could hear what was being said. She couldnât get in contact with anyone so came back and still would not give refund. Finally she got someone on the phone who asked if I had a credit card to process my refund. I said I paid with cash, no (I gave a guy my receipt at the window, which she never looked at) then she preceded to take another drive thru customer order will Iâm standing there, while she was on the phone talking to someone else. I had to actually call the police, like seriously to get her and whoever was on the phone to give me my refund. Then she gave the wrong amount, less and when I told her that she proceeded to scream at me and walk away. Iâm sorry but at least the person in charge (too young to be left in charge & obviously not properly trained) should have enough common sense to look at the receipt and give the correct amount especially since Iâve been here over 40 minutes with no food. Mind you all this time Iâm waiting, they kept saying my food was being remade but never gave me anything. They were fully staffed with young ppl and no was doing anything at this time. So finally a nice young man gave me the correct refund. This place is a scam, said they donât give refunds which Iâve never heard from a fast food place. I will be contacting corporate as well as pulling on business sponsorship and other actions from this company. If this is how they treat ppl and scam and cause them undue stress the should be banned from doing business. You never know who you are serving and talking to so you should always treat ppl with the same respect you would want. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
   Read more40 minutes in the drive through lane. Couldn't get out of line & were eternally optimistic when we finally could have exited (as we watched others do)...only to be trapped again. At first we thought it must have been one or two difficult orders/customers... but no... every order took excessively long. But we finally made it to the window to get our food. They asked me if I'd ordered something I'd never heard of so I said no. He didn't seem to understand. He just stared blankly. I said no again. He said well what did you order? (This is after I'd paid for it at the first window). I told him. He didn't seem to understand (he spoke English...it wasn't language...but comprehension) i said we've waited this long to get here & you don't have our order?? He finally seemed to figure it out & said oh we gave that to the woman in the car that just left. He then just stared like that fixed everything. I said well that's too bad...I paid for our food & we need to get it. He motioned for someone else to come...told that man...we need our order he too seemed perplexed and as if I was the cause of this problem. So I was fed up. They'd started to get the order made. Well sort of. Tbey had no clue what to do. Rather than waste one more moment of my life I waved & got their attention (took forever) i said forget it. I don't want it. I want my money back. He called a woman over. She took my credit card & slowly walked away. Finally a few minutes later they handed my card back. No receipt. They sure didn't want me to do the survey lol. The thing is.    Read moreThe people are nice for the most part, but the service is noticeably and consistently slower than any other place Iâve visited.
Iâve had multiple orders which also end up being partially or completely wrong on several occasions.
It is also unusually unhygienic, even for a fast food place, as the health agency rating at the time of this review was 90.50.
On my most recent visit, it took forty minutes to get through a drive thru where I was the seventh car in line. Iâm not a franchise owner or fast food industry expert, but Iâm fairly confident forty minutes is a long wait at any restaurant. The lobby was also not busy, so it wasnât like they were slammed on the inside of the building.
This makes sense when you consider how it looks like the owners of the franchise purposefully cut corners on investing in their machines and systems as there is always a technical or mechanical issue happening when you visit.
I feel bad for the employees, who also appear to be ill-equipped and poorly trained, because they have to take the brunt of the rightfully dissatisfied customers, even though the ire is almost certainly better directed at the owners.
I love Wendyâs in general, but this one is unfortunately the worst individual fast food restaurant Iâve ever visited.
It is clearly a poorly run business, I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend...
