I went through the drive-thru with the simplest request imaginable: two Frosty’s. That’s it. What should’ve been a quick, pleasant transaction turned into a complete exercise in frustration.

First off, the drive-thru audio wasn’t broken—it was the employee who refused to speak clearly or at a volume that resembled basic human communication. I wasn’t asking for a TED Talk, just to understand what was being said.

When I got to the window, I paid promptly and was thanked—cool, no issue there. But then it got ridiculous. My Frosty’s were placed by the window… and just sat there. I could literally see the employee watching me sit there for 4.5 minutes. Not working, not helping another customer—just standing there staring, like this was some kind of social experiment in patience.

Then finally, the window slams open, she shoves the Frosty’s at me, slams it shut, and not a single word. No “thank you,” no “sorry for the wait,” no acknowledgment at all. Just attitude. Honestly, I was served more attitude than ice cream—and that’s saying something, because the Frosty’s were half melted by the time I got them.

Let’s be real: this isn’t a one-off. I’m easily the thousandth person to complain about this Wendy’s location. The customer service is consistently awful. And the most frustrating part? Nothing ever changes. Where is management? Where’s the accountability? Who’s training these employees—or more importantly, why isn’t anyone?

To whoever owns or runs this place: it’s time to get your act together. This isn’t about fast food. It’s about basic decency, professionalism, and delivering the bare minimum of what customers expect.

I came for Frosty’s. I left with disappointment and a dash of disgust.

If I could give a 0 star I would. We have not been to Wendys a long time in Thomasville. Just wanted to grab something quick.(Dine in). Placed our order and went to get condiments and our drinks. There was no ketchup I asked the cashier for some and she said they were out. Ok we start fixing our drinks no lids or straws I asked again, she apologized and said they were out. Received our order. Chili and sour cream and chive potato and did not have utensils Gain I approached the counter and asked, shed did have spoons then when we open our potato there was no sour cream. I asked again still politely and she said they didn't have any. I said this is ridiculous its a sour cream and chive potato so she says she can get some from the kitchen in a cup but then still comes back andxsays they were out. I requested a refund since we had not ate one bite of food so she went and got the manager (Fred)I explained all of the issues to Fred and he just kept say ing we have sour cream. Did not offer to get it or tell anyone else to but did not want to refund mmy money. So I gave him the bag of food and told him to use the money for supplies. As I was walking out he said we have salt. Being smart I believe, I don't think he realized my husband was standing behind me and asked him what he said he again repeated himself and my husband tol him he had a smart mouth. Fred came from behind the counter and was very confrontational with my husband. Very poor management skills and definitely poor service. Will never est...

On 1/29/24, around 6:45, Wendy's in Thomasville had 9-10 black workers and None seemed to know what they were doing. I waited and waited for a while for someone to take my order. 2 people in front of me where aggravated and walked out. A man came back in and was complaining that the Apple Pecan salad he had just picked up had NO Chicken on it at all. Finally a girl started taking my order, and because I had a reward of $2.00 off of the Apple pecan salad, she did not know how to do it, so someone else came over to help her, so she went over and got herself a drink. So the other person that was trying to help her told her that she dont walk off when she is waitinf on someone and go get herself a drink??? I got no receipt and I know prices had to be wrong. Got home, I h a ordered 2 combo meals and 3 kids meals. No Drinks were given to me, and kids had ordered apple bits and chocolate milk. No chocolate milk or apple bites. Tried calling them when we got home and no one would answer. No chicken on my apple pecan salad either. Need to fire all of these...
