Three Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Thornapple Township

My first time ordering and it will be my last. I called to place an order and was like two pizzas these toppings please (you know a simple pizza order. First things first, when I called there was no one there just background conversation, then the kid came on the phone (can at least say please hold lol). I realized like two seconds later that I never gave the guy my name for the order so I quickly called and was like I totally forgot to give you my info and he was like no worries we've got you down as Karen (my name is not karen) I then get there and was like do you guys possibly carry the pizzas to the car, guy was like no, girl co worker shortly after offers to carry out the next gentleman's pizza. Literally the best pizza I've had. The quality is always consistent, and they're friggin fast. No matter what time I order a pizza, they have it ready in 15 minutes or less, and good quality, not slapped together. Customer service? They don't ask me how my day is going, which is a good thing because it's not like we're friends or anything. They're never rude, they just aren't pretending to be nice like other places (why do people want that anyway?). Excellent pizza. It looks like a local brand, which is cool because sometimes it's a challenge to find great pizza in rural areas. Definitely has a unique flavor that chains should envy. Both our pizzas had a memorable Parmesan garnish, which made it even better. Only four stars because their Chicago-style pizza is actually a very thin dish pizza, unlike an actual Chicago style pizza, which is the thickest in the country.
