Middleville Laundromat — Local services in Thornapple Township

I came here to wash my comforter and after I had already started the load, I had noticed the washer was dirty around the rim, other washers were okay and clean, so I called the service number to whom I’m guessing was the owner had answered. He was VERY nice, and immediately took care of the problem. He even remotely started a different washer after the load was done so I could re wash it in a clean washer without having to pay twice, and had me put a out of order sign on the one I had initially used so it can be cleaned before anyone else uses it. Overall the establishment is very well taken care of and seems very clean other than the issue with this one washer. I’ve came here before and will continue to as I am very impressed with the way the situation was handled. I was very thankful to him for starting a new load for me, and again he was very nice and understanding! 10/10 recommend...

Machines are not maintained. Often you get a washer that doesn't spin or drain, so your clothes are soaking wet and you have no way of getting it fixed as no one is on site. Dryers may or may not have heat, hopefully you prefer to dry on cool.

When your only option is this or go into Hastings, you're better off making the trip but some people do not have that choice. Caledonia does not have a laundry either, I think the owners know they can get away with a lot...

I’ve been going to this laundromat for a few weeks now, and I still don’t have any complaints. This is one of the best Laundromats I have been to. They make sure the entire space is clean, and they keep up on working on the machines if they are broken.

This morning I had a very peaceful experience as they were cleaning. They only treated me with kindness.
