Subway — Restaurant in Thornapple Township

Awful customer service and apparently Sara thinks it’s ok to talk down to customers. Order online for 1220 pickup, not done, no big deal it’s lunch time I get it. But when I ask if it’s ready I was told no because I it’s “not 1230 so you have 11 minutes” not even asking for my name. Then asked if I even ordered from the right subway, again, not even asking for my name yet. Then after finally asking for my name and realizing no one has touched the order because let’s have 4 people working at lunch time but have 3 people hang out in the back she decided to blame the computer because it didn’t print off the order. Absolutely awful experience and didn’t realize it’s an inconvenience to order lunch. For someone who lives less then a mile away I will never go back to this location. Went here on May 15 order a sandwich through the app. They forgot to toast my sandwich and I noticed this while they were wrapping it up. I let her know nicely that she forgot to toast my sandwich and I showed them on my phone that it says toasted on my And they got all upset and started whispering and talking crap toasted a new 12 inch sub just dumped everything onto the new toasted sub and served me a complete mass of a sandwich and it’s like they were mad. I put less mustard because I wanted light mustard And they squirted like a gallon on here so you can’t even eat the sandwich so I had to basically throw this sandwich away after one bite it was just disgusting mess and it still wasn’t toasted...

Order online or don't bother, online orders come 1st. For a franchise that is almost never has a drive thru, they made a custom sandwich right in front of you and you got a drink and chips, now you will wait for 20 min while they fill an order for 6 footlongs with endless customizations that the sandwich engineer has to check the slip probably 7 times to make sure it is perfect and never with chips or drink, which means the sandwich prices are elevated for impromptu customers. It is attached to a filling station. I hope they don't start filling online orders for gas and cigarettes while you idle...
