Burger King — Restaurant in Thornton Township

I go to burger King for only 1 item and that's the impossible whooper. I never get the meal any more because my fries are always cold or refried and the drinks are always watered down. Thursday, April 20th, 2023 around 2pm, I went to burger King for the impossible whooper and made a mistake and said " can I have a big king, impossible whooper" when they repeated it back to me I realized I asked for two different things and apologized for my mistake and asked for the whooper just the sandwich. Then the girl asked me do I want cheese I said yes, when in my mind I always had cheese on my whopper and Noone has never asked me if I wanted cheese. When I got to the window their was 2 employees looking at me, I believe 1 was a manager. They charged me 8.33 and I realized again I never paid that much for what I always order. I get the receipt and my food and it says HEAVY cheese - 2 slices $1.00. I just look at them and keep going because I'm pregnant, haven't at all day and didn't want any conflict about cheese and a 1 dollar difference. I get home and my burger is shaped together with 2 pieces of cold cheese on it, 1 piece was barely melted so I just scrapped it off. This was the last straw for me at...

Stopped at Burger King on Sibley today for lunch....bad ideal and waste of my money...the service was prompt, even with just 2 people working at the time..I assume it must have been lunch time for the other employees...however, the food was not good at all...I ordered an original chicken sandwich and it was very disappointing...the meat patty was fried too hard as if it was a leftover patty that had been reheated and it was also salty. The lettuce was old with brown edges. The fries was ok, however. But good fries did not take away from the fact that the store was not at it cleanest...all of the windows was dirty and had hand prints all over them. It also appeared that someone had just mopped the floor with some kind of cleanser that left a strong odor....which made it very hard and unpleasant to try to enjoy my meal...I ended up scrapping the lettuce off my sandwich alone with the too much mayo, drinking my water, (trying to make the best of a bad situation) and leaving...what a waste of money...next time I will go with my first thought and fix...

I have probably shopped at burgerking a hundred times in my life. Let me tell yall this place is hands down the absolute best fast food restaurant shopping experience I have had! Every employee was kind and smiled. All of our food was fresh, tasty and of good portions. We actually dined in to pass time. It was a delightful pass time. It was clean! The restroom was even clean! Our entry and exit was met with wariness. The Frontline workers went above and beyond to make sure I/we were comfortable, happy and beyond satisfied. But make know mistake in understanding me when I say the workers in back were just as attentive. Every person working that shift should receive raises and promotions! That manager and drive thru gal especially. They were on top of things for every customer including me! We will definitely be making this a favorite place to grab our quick bites to eat!
