Luxe inn - whirlpool suites & extended stay — Hotel in Thornton Township

A few issues on this trip . Toilet 🪠 issues that only got temporarily fixed and was back acting up within the same four hours it was allegedly fixed. As a guest at this establishment it is not my job to act a a plumber By the overnight security guard/maintenance man who came beating on the door after 11 pm waking people up. Although my cell number was given to be called ahead of time since the room had no landline phone in there. For some reason the room key stopped working a day before the already paid non-refundable days of use were up. So once again I have to go back to the office window and get a new one programmed. The bathroom door was missing the door latch mechanism. Therefore, the bathroom door was impossible to close thee entire weekend, It definitely wasn't worth the value of a romantic suite price nor deserve the right to be called a romantic room suite. I even had to call the front desk hours after check-in just for the Wi-Fi password. Absolutely disgusting rooms🤢. They don't vacuum, the rooms smell like cigarette butts🤢😷. They don't clean the rooms at all🤢. This is the nastiest hotel. They don't clean the rooms. It was still a full garbage in the room when we got in it. The tub was brown and dusty. I mean absolutely disgusting. How is the place even in business. I reported them to several business bureaus and IDFPR of Illinois. This place was beyond disgusting. Beyond. Terrible hotel service, and these rooms range from 70 to 200 bucks. 90 bucks for a nasty refrigerator, stained up sticky carpet, they don't clean the AC/Heating systems and you can smell it....

This room is not how it looks on the website, really strong cigarette smell soon as I walked in the room .The floors were filthy the people at the desk aren’t helpful for anything .. The covers definitely was a no it was literally a whole in the wall !
