I ordered on uber eats at 9:20pm and waited over an hour for it to arrive, then they pushed the time back even more so I called to see what was going on with my order and they said they ran out of food. How do you run out of food two hours before closing? If so why did you confirm my order if you didn’t have it. Furthermore this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this, this is honestly the third and when I communicated with the lady about that she said, “sorry about that”. No compensation or anything when it was their fault why the order wasn’t prepared. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru I parked to go inside simply because it had to be faster but no. As I walked in I noticed the counter was in total disarray. While waiting 7 minutes for someone to take my order I had some time to look around.
