Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thornton Township

So this location is truly horrible. No one here likes to work. No one here respects ANY of the customers. That is one thing that all the employees are on one accord with: screw the customer over! I’ve given them a few tries and I can say without a doubt, that this is one of the worst experiences I ever have had at Dunkin. How hard really is it to make a sandwich and drink? Apparently too hard, because I guarantee you if you make the decision to patronize this business (which I advise to certainly NOT do), you will the see the customer service is lacking. Drinks are always made wrong and disgusting. Heaven and hell forbid you are hungry and order a sandwich. I was served a sandwich that looked like they smashed it or something. And then it tasted gross. If I wasn’t desperate I wouldn’t have even came. Save yourself the time and do not go to this location or even the location on Burnham Ave in Cal City. Management and employees DO NOT CARE about you, their jobs, or the food and drinks they are serving. And if you want to see if I’m right, just come here. You will see what I’m talking about. Went through Drive Thru today, the service was terrible. The young lady fixing my order gave me a box smeared with chocolate, I ordered six donuts she put 5 of the wrong and worse looking donuts in the box. I drove back to this establishment only to be kept waiting another 30 minutes for my refund. Finally got my refund no apologies, nothing. I will drive to the Hammond, IN location for better quality...
