Dude, this Dunkin literally sucks. They made my cappuccino as a macchiato, and before they’ve made my chai latte a regular latte (which was also correct on the sticker), they constantly rush you and have attitude, I honestly don’t understand how hard it is to read things correctly especially when there’s multiple people inside working, like yall aren’t seeing your co workers mess up and correcting them 😭😭?? Read moreI made a mobile order at 5:10 am today because it said they opened at 5:00am, and I got there to pick up my order at around 5:16 and I waited for a while at the drive thru but never got a response and when I drove up to the window, there was one inside. I saw my order on the screens but there wasn’t a single worker to be seen. I had to leave but I went back at around 5:45am and told them I was there earlier and I explained that no one answered and I didn’t get a single “sorry” (at least), and as I was checking my bag while driving off I realized they forgot an item, so I had to return AGAIN… I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know how it is, and I hate confronting people or being rude to workers but this was a horrible experience,...
