I am an employee here and I decided I wanted to respond to a specific review by Jessica Sain.

The order that was placed was correct but the order received wasn't. The order was a Gyro Platter and Regular Pizza Puff (both came with fries.) To my mistake I did not clarify that there were no containers for the gyro platter (my cook made two separate wrapped gyros without my knowing which was later confirmed when they brought the food) The fries were well overcooked and as well a fry was missing. When the customer called back they clearly did say what was wrong. I put them POLITELY on-hold to address the issues to my cook and I told my cook to make two new fries. One fries was for the missing order and the other for the burnt fries. I was told that there was only one gyro, which was incorrect. The cook had made two separate gyros. As soon as I got back to the phone I told them I was going to send the "missing gyro" and two fries. In my opinion I did not aggravate the situation. I was trying my best to fix the mishap. They wanted their whole order remade, which didn't need to be. The pizza puff was fine as well as the two gyros. All they needed were the fries. The male proposed to bring up the food and did not want my "horrible customer service". I told him that if he wanted the situation to be like that than he can bring up the food so he can get his return or new food items. I did annoyingly ask what the issue was and he said the issue will be when he walks in, then HE hangs up. I never hung up on Miss Sain. I called back because the customers seemed upset. Why would I call back after I supposedly hung up if I wasn't going to help the customers? I never told Miss Sain that I couldn't fix her order. I did interrupt her while she spoke which triggered the ♦Manager Card♦ and I apologetically asked what was wrong with my service. Our manager is not in today because of medical reasons. Ultimately the issue WAS resolved perfectly. Unfortunately the customers were completely uncooperative which led to a phony bad review. I am tired of the false statements and over-reactive people who take advantage of a family owned business. Not every business's policy is the same, I could have denied them their demand to re-do their whole order. If my customer service was as horrible as said, would the issue be resolved? I think not.

The sauce on the pizza was not only unique, but savory, a combination of traits that can really satisfy a lot of people. Simply something different but good, that is the key to a successful restaurant. However, the New York styled crust was a little below New Yorker standards. The fries were nothing special, but were plenty enough for 3 people. Quite big, thick, crinkle cuts that filled a bag that could have homed the whole NY styled slice of pizza when folded. The soda selection is simple... Sunkist, a&w, and many other budget can options, but how many pizza places have the option of strawberry soda? Yes, it's a Mexican operation, and that isn't bad a thing. The price? The price won them an extra star on this review. $4.87 after tax for what you see in my photos (it's the meal deal). Enough calories to feed 3 people for the evening, and it didn't even consume an entire Lincoln bill.

this places is disgusting!! Lady on the phone is very rude and disrespectful. There was this one time when they gave ME the wrong food and I obviously called back because im not going to eat food I didn’t order. The lazy got mad and started telling me she can’t do anything about it. What do you mean you can’t do any about it?!?! You’re mad because you made a mistake and I went back to return it and get my money back?? Today 10/12/2023 @3:40 pm I called to make a delivery order and once I gave her my address she clearly said “we don’t make orders for that address.” I don’t understand why they can’t make orders for me.
