Panda Express — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Why are you guys spoiling the name of this Panda Express by doing such bad things? Bring a good cook who knows how to cook. Please don't do this, we will try from other places too but I have never eaten food worse than this. Only in place of chowmein! You guys are using cabbage instead of chowmein? Which is not good. There is no onion, no capsicum, it is filled with just one thing and the quantity is very less so that it does not go overboard and the quality is absolutely zero. This is my request to you people. With folded hands, please do not spoil the name of Panda Express. This name has been made with a lot of hard work and it is popular everywhere and people also provide very good services. But your service has always been like this. Most of the time your food smells burnt. Whoever owns this place please pay attention otherwise it won't take long for it...

Assistant manager Sandra is very NASTY and RUDE! After calling for a complaint I was met with a cut off attitude! A lecture and “that it was my issue to handle” when explaining my complaint about my special needs son who’s order they lazily created! Being professional under the tittle of a Panda Express should come with formal training that this woman obvs does not qualify for! After speaking to her for over 5mins her final response was “call corporate I don’t care, call my manager she’s here allll day” After speaking to corporate I was assured a complaint against SANDRA at 10:40 on 5-26-22 was taken for what they labeled disgusting behavior. I will be calling to speak to the actual manager as they should to be aware of this persons treatment of others, let alone special needs...

DONT YOU LOVE WHEN YOU PULL OFF THE HIGHWAY AND FIND PARKING... WALK ALL THE WAY IN AND TO THE RESTAURANT AND THEYVE CLOSED 30 MINUTES EARLY .. THE WORKERS SITTING ON THEIR PHONES WAITING UNTIL 9 SO THEY CAN LEAVE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY FOOD OUT BECAUSE THEY TOSSED IT ALL AN HOUR BEFORE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. yeah... Well that just happened. I normally don't call corporate. But this time I will. I'm a trucker.. I rely on business hours to be correct otherwise my whole clock gets messed up... So now because I just spent 20 minutes wasting time because of lazy employees I can't eat until I stop in 6 more hours otherwise I can't deliver my load on time... So thank you Panda Express...
