1.Appearance. Customer service. 3 .Quality of the food I get. Price
When I walked into this restaurant, it looked very unkept, not nasty!! But unkept. I got to the counter. And stood there for about 4 minutes. Before someone who was holding a conversation with someone else saw me and spoke, mind you, he DIDN'T STOP talking to the person. But ask me while talking to the person. Can I help you. Hesitatently, I ordered and spent almost $20.00 on one of the house special (it was called the MOY'S SPECIAL). For that price!! I was expecting to get with the order at least an egg roll or a spring roll, etc. ( It didn't happen! I did take a picture of what I received.) And AGAIN!!! when I got my order, the person once again was talking to his associate, not me, the customer. HE DID NOT SAY. Thank you . Come again. He just kept on talking and walked away.
So, when I got my order home and looked at my order. I noticed I received WAY.. . Way more vegetables than I did meat. And to make matters WORSE, the Vegetables were BARELY cooked. And the SAUCE.... It was EXTREMELY bland.
SO........ WILL I BE GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT? NO!!! Why ?

So, I went to pick up the order. But, the order was placed under someone else's telephone. (I didn't know the #) So she asked me for my telephone # again a few times. I started OOPS I DIDN'T KNOW THE # i tried to explain I believe they ordered...... So she said something under her breath and the woman next to her looked at me and laughed not once but three times. The order was $56 so I bought 1 chopsticks 🥢 why was my order $71. I thought 💭 about the exchange 💱 so this placed a sour note in my mouth. I will not be coming back. I'm always polite I don't yell or get loud and I always say THANK YOU! Because someone is cooking my food. My food was waiting on the counter. Always kind and polite. But, your talking about me. Naaaaa. I will not be back. Sometimes people are cruel. I felt uneasy and unwelcome. By the way I'm from out-of-town and this was my daughter's place. They said the food was questionable and for the money the trays looked half full. & you get the flat & tip part of the wings (9 wings) I use the tips at my house...

This has been my go to place since 2009. It was 5 stars for a long time. Food was usually good and fresh whenever I went. Lately I noticed I i go exactly when they open i get semi warm/ cold food so im guessing they are rewarming food that didn't sell the day before. I'm sorry it didnt sell the day before but I don't want it when I'm expecting fresh food. How is that when I ordered chicken fried rice on a Thursday at opening time i get some old tasting fried rice with a burnt shrimp in it. Im learning do not come to this place right when they open for the day. You will get old cold food thrown in a microwave. Also remember fried rice is made with left over old rice anyway so if there selling you fried rice that wasn't sold the before then how old is that fried rice really 🤔 please do better because it sucks and it's hard to find a good chinese food restaurant. Majority of them suck and is a waste of money when trying to find a good chinese spot. Don't let china star...
