Missed the crew that was here when this one opened. Even the crew from just September-December 2023. Today I received two drinks in which one was filled to the black line of the cup with the lavender foam lacking flavor and obvious lavender color. The second drink lacking the lavender flavor all together. Drove back after getting the drinks bought home by my friend and politely told the Caucasian barista what my issue was with the drinks and if she could remake them with attitude she says its all in there and obviously its mot considering im here every other day getting this drink. She stares blankly and says ok. I proceeded to order a breakfast sandwich in which the african American cashier rang me out for. As I scanned she walks away I waited at the register to ensure payment went through. Hearing the interaction from me and her coworker as they are the only two working she was in a hurry to walk away. She camr back to the register I asked did it go through she says mmmm try again. But had you stayed there and finished ur transaction before walking away to gossip about a mistake you made on your headset with a $20 dollar order for three items. Excuse me do your job correctly the first time so you dont have uncomfortable experience's with customers, retain customers and maybe even get a tip while your at it. Your wasting my time as I had to leave my 3 month old god son home to drive to a place to fix a issue I didnt make in the first place! I did a review about 2 months ago regarding a barista in South Holland using a milk product other than the oatmilk that I ordered, and it happened again this morning(different barista)! I went back there because it's conveniently close to work. I watched the barista make the order however, I was sure it wasn't mine because she used a milk other than the oat milk I! I ordered a Gingerbread OATMILK Chai! I decided to ask her what's the name on the order she was preparing, and it was mine! I then told her OATMILK is supposed to be in what I ordered, and she responded non chilantly "oh I forgot". In my head I'm thinking WTH! I understand that the oat milk may be a bit more costly, but other milk products should not be used if not requested. Some of us customers have health issues that causes us to have to avoid certain dairy products! What about unsuspecting customers that order oat milk etc that go through drive thru, or come in store, and just simply wait for their order trusting that it will be correct! Read moreI come to this Starbucks almost everyday. When I come through the drive through I NEVER get a full cup of coffee, but when I come inside I get a full cup. I order the same thing every visit. I get a grande hot regular caffè mocha. This morning same routine like I said EVERY TIME I go through the drive through I get a half of cup. Well this morning I was really upset because I pay $5.75 for this drink. This morning I got less than a half cup & they gave me the wrong drink. When I called in the girl made it seem like I should not get whip cream in my drink no that’s what comes with the drink.
