4 and half stars! I'll say that this place is delicious; its doesn't lack flavor at all. I've had several of the dishes and none were a miss for me on the seasoning. I've had the hot honey Danq wings grilled and fried (I prefer grilled for the extra depth of flavor) the only difference between those and the regular danq wings is the hot honey sauce. The Danq turkey burger was good, slightly underdone but seasoned well. The Hibachi on Sibley was flavorful my batch had a little less hibachi and a little more white rice maybe because it wasn't mixed well on the grill but the veggies were perfectly grilled and the shrimp and chicken were seasoned well but I'd say its a bit overpriced. The quesadillas are perfect and so are the Salmon croquettes, I've had the salmon bites as well and those they were a bit overcooked. They were seasoned well and flavorful when added with the Danq dipping sauce. The trendsetter sandwich was good no complaints. The greens with smoked turkey were a hit and not overseasoned like so many places do, the green beans and potatoes were delicious and the season potatoes were really good as well. Finally the jerk chicken pizza is advertised as a 9 inch pizza when I got it was actually a 6 inch personal pizza cut into 4. What's confusing is I've seen other people post pictures of their pizza and it was a legit 9 inch pizza so I felt shorted when mine was smaller but I will say that it was fire!🔥 I only wish I had more pizza to eat! Either they need to fix what the website says or make it a 9" pizza every time. I prefer the latter! The customer service is great and the employees are friendly and helpful. I've walked in and ordered and the wait time isn't too bad since the food is made to order. When you walk in a see how empty it is , please believe it’s for a reason . There empty because the food not good , the manager has a bad attitude, the owner don’t know what’s going on in his own restaurant. Had people in the restaurant with security clothes on THAT DIDNT WORK THERE and that’s not safe . Like , why do you have men in your restaurant acting like there security AND THEY NOT. Not safe at all. They ran out of food before 5pm , salmon, fish and chicken was super salty and some food was actually under seasoned. It was a mess . The waitress kept saying “if you don’t like what you ordered then you can just order something else “ but when we ordered something else IT WASNT GOOD , IT WAS HORRIBLE. The manager came out and said “ y’all don’t like nothing, and y’all not satisfied with nothing so y’all can just leave “ . They kicked us out, YES THEY KICKED US OUT for not liking their food . The owner is black man named Marvin who kept saying “ I don’t know what’s going on , I just got here” he never helped the situation, he seemed high and like he didn’t want to be bothered . Also they served alcohol beverages to 2 girls that was 19yrs old . They also have a patio where you can smoke weed and it was a bunch little kids on the patio under 20yrs old SMOKING WEED . I was so disappointed with my entree and can't really see myself going back. First the appetizer we ordered the fried green tomatoes with shrimp ceviche was 😋 🤌🏾 chefs kiss. For my entree I decided to go with the Lobster and Shrimp hibachi at $40 which was my first mistake ordering hibachi at this kind of establishment but it was a late lunch so I thought it would be a good choice. I added steak for an additional $10 which was my second mistake as it seems they loaded my little bowl with steak and added lobster scraps as shown in the video. Now I can't say I expected a whole Lobster tail but for $40 I did expect some chucks at the very least. What's shown in the video was all I got. I told the guy that I think was the manager but instead of offering to remake my "bowl" the guy took $10 off the price. I didn't eat the bowl because the taste wasn't fresh and it wasn't what I thought Lobster and shrimp ( I counted six medium sized) hibachi would be. My daughter ordered the same thing and didn't finish hers either. One cocktail each the appetizer and two bowls later, I paid the $129 bill asked for a to-go container and threw the food away when I got home. My daughter and I argued for two days behind this because she didn't think I should have paid for my food but I did because I made the mistake of ordering the meal that I did but in all honesty I just can't see me going back.
