I have been a patron of this location for a handful of years now . The service and product are on a consistent decline. I have experienced long lines lost orders,payment issues like ; system issues where they sometimes can cash you outwith a debit card and some days they can't. I've dealt with there website being up and down. Always WORKING on the website. My most recent issue was yesterday's Switch and bait. MISSION dispensary is poorly maintained when it comes to error free advertisements of products on the website. More than once I have ventured to MISSION dispensary to purchase an item I have reserved for purchase only to get in store and discover the advertisements DOES NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT I EXPECT TO BUY. OR even worst actually purchase the item then find out the product is not correct. And they don't do returns or compensate the customer for the inconvenience of the matter. BUT there's a tip jar at the register.

Why would I want to tip you? I just wasted my gas getting to your establishment. Only to find out you don't have the product. I want.The product that's advertise, is the same product I expect. That's reserved for me in your system You monitor. If MISSION messes up they are currently doing nothing to compensate you for your loss.

But u have a tip jar. For what?🙄 for looking up my order online when I come in with my information, turning around making 10 or 15 steps to grab the product & ring it out maybe put it in a bag. I don't tip anybody at Jewel Osco I don't tip anybody at Target or Mariano's. To me, mission is just thirsty Thirsty enough to have a huge 5 gallon jars at the register. Begging for tips, On a product with a 20% tax. Thirsty enough to continuously make what I consider. Switch and bait errors on the website. Errors that get you into the establishment. Holding cash in hand ready to make a purchase of a product that does not exist. The product is not there wasn't ever there.

I have a tip. Revamp your quality control pertaining to your Information Technology department and fix whatever keeps your website down and full of errors....

Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I’ve visited this location recently over last 4-5 months when my normal dispensary is already closed. I have been unhappy with the product I was given on several occasions. Poorly packed products, over shelf life for true potency of the flower, and INCORRECTLY LABELED PRODUCTS!!!!! As an enthusiast of cannabis respectfully and responsibly, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I explained to the manager that a product I purchased from their location was extremely poor, and The only resolve I was offered was to not buy it again. I should have followed my first mind and not returned to this location, but they’re one of the only ones who stay open until 9pm. But for what it’s worth I’d rather go the night without than to WASTE my money in there facilities again. On 3-16-24, I purchased a pre-rolled product that was labeled one thing and clearly something different. I checked the product before I left the site after being burned from this location before, and just as I suspected, the product was WRONG. I immediately went back in to explain my frustration and I was told it’s a “ cultivation's problem that they don’t deal with” , but you sell the product? I don’t get it. Also to be told they don’t refund or exchange product ( which I understand ) The manager this time attempted to make things slightly right and I appreciate his effort, but my overall distaste for the experiences I’ve had personally at this location is extremely disappointing. If you can’t ensure your customers that the product your delivering to them is the the best quality of product, you should really rethink your suppliers as they are tainting the brand of the Buisness and giving their establishment a bad name.
