I would not order from this baker again. It's hard to believe the photos she posted on her Instagram are her's. I googled and she just pulled them online! Her communication was not good and only thru Instagram and took a few days to respond so the span of this entire process took over a week to complete. I eventually asked her to text my phone number instead and thankfully I ordered 3 cupcakes to try first along with my requested design. She said she understood my request. On the night of pickup, she said she forgot to text me after she agreed she would because she apparently had too much order. That was fine, so my husband picked up the cupcakes the next day but when he got there she did not inform that it was at her apartment and gave no instructions on how to meet. The design was cheap and the frosting was smudged. Fine, I thought maybe the cake would taste good. They were all dry, the red velvet had no flavor at all, the strawberry filling tasted like store bought strawberry jam instead of fresh made. I tossed after one bite of each. Communication with the bakery via Facebook Messenger was speedy and professional. The cake is absolutely gorgeous, and its the most decadent dessert I've ever had. Every component — kadayif, pistachio, chocolate mousse, and chocolate sponge — could stand out perfectly fine on its own, but they work beautifully together.
