I normally like coming here since it’s close and there’s one manager who does very well to make sure customers are taken care of. Today was a completely different story. My husband and I went in and I ordered my food on the kiosk, when my husband attempted he was given an error that there was no product so we went to the counter and it took more than 5 minutes for someone to notice him. He couldn’t even order his food with the app because of the 15 minutes on the app. I ordered instead and it took an additional 10 minutes for someone to even notice me. Many women walked passed me and didn’t say one word. I eventually got helped but then was overcharged and when I attempted to bring it up to them they completely shoved it in my face and walked away. I tried to get a manager (after double checking that I was overcharged) and it took an addition 10 minutes. The manager came and I told her what the issue was and she seemed bothered about it and just gave me a refund for what I was over charged but did it with an attitude.
We then sat down to eat and ended up leaving and eating in the car because we were fed up. The girls in the back keep pulling their phones out and seemed too worried about their phones rather than working. Disgusting on one hand because they didn’t wash their hands before touching others food and just kept touching their phones and then go to put fries into their bags.

Read moreThis location is generally hit or miss. Today was exceptionally frustrating. I used my mobile app code with a reward. When I ordered my food, I told them that I had a reward and ordered my food. The order taker was distracted and kept asking me to repeat things (she actually admitted that she was helping someone else at the same time). When I paid, they refused to give me a receipt. They asked me to pull up to the 3rd window, and when I finally got my food, I found that 1) they had charged me for an extra burger I didn’t ask for; 2) made the burger I did ask for completely wrong; and 3) forgotten to give me two items from my order. On top of all that, I discovered that my reward item wasn’t credited so I paid for something that should have been free.
I was still at the window when we discovered this, but nobody ever came back to the 3rd window so I couldn’t flag them down.
When I went inside, they had nobody working the counter and I had to call to the back to ask for help with my drive through order.
Ultimately, this could have been avoided if they’d given me a receipt, and if they had come back to the window when I hand driven away.
This was too many mistakes in one order. It really felt like they purposely overcharged me, then shorted my food and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Very...
Read moreI’m so disappointed that one of the worst McDonalds is the closest one to me. Most employees speak minimal English, and their service is the worst I’ve seen. I went through the drive thru to pick up one sandwich and one hash brown from a mobile order. At the order screen, I gave them my order code, then waited 5 minutes before someone spoke to me at the pick up window, then another 10 minutes in a pick up parking spot before having to park and head inside. Then I waited another 5 minutes inside (with several other customers waiting for customer service) before I got someone’s attention by speaking Spanish, only to find out that they still didn’t have my order ready. A few minutes later an employee came from outside with my bag of cold food. Keep in mind that when I arrived to the restaurant, I drove right up to the screen and pick up window, they were not busy. For something that should have taken no more than 10 minutes max, start to finish, I was there more than 20 minutes!
