We came in for a family meal, we ordered for two adults and for our son. Our son decided not to eat it so we took it to go. We paid, left a tip and left. A couple min later we noticed that we left the to go food and went back right away. We informed the host that we had just ordered our food and left our to go box there with our sons food. She got the âownerâand he said that he himself threw it away. We informed him that it was our sons food that he didnât touch. He told us that as an âownerâ he canât do anything about it even though we paid for our food and had the receipt, which we showed. He was very disrespectful and didnât care to do anything. We didnât mind paying for it since it was from the kids menu but he did not care to do anything about it and was very rude, he walked away in the middle of the conversation.

Thank you for your response, another reason why we will not be going back. The food was good but not your attitude. To clarify we did not ask for an âentire refundâ we did not ask for a refund at all. We came back a couple of minutes not âhoursâ. We asked for the food that we paid for, our sons food (only his food) . She never came back after taking the order, no water refills, no chance to order more foodâeven though there were only two tables in the restaurant. When she finally returned, it was just to slam the bill on our table. The manager didnât care either. Worst dining experience, ruined our day.    Read moreI'm writing this review as I just walked out without even being able to try my food. The restaurant looks nice, is clean, and in a great location next to my hotel. After sitting at the sushi bar, I wasn't acknowledged for 10 min, which is acceptable for me. A tall slender gentleman with long hair, who's name I don't remember, took my order.
After about 5 minutes I saw my order set up on the sushi bar further down. Then I waited. And waited more. Finally my waiter came over, then watch the sushi chef work on another order. He stood there for a couple minutes till the chef was done and took the order.
Then I waited, 10 min after my order was sat on the bar, he came back to pick up another order, which had something wrong with it. So they left to work on the issue with, what I guess was the manager. He came back and ended up taking the order anyways.
After looking as my sushi for 15 min I was getting frustrated. I wanted to say something but feel like I shouldn't have to remind the waiter that I'm still there. So I waited another 5 minutes before calling it quits. I let the front know that I watched my order sit for 20 minutes while my waiter effectively forgot I was there.
Where I ordered about $50 of sushi for myself, it looked amazing. I wish I could have left a review on how it tasted. But I won't be going back, I don't care how close it is.
