This place is ridiculous. I ordered online and my confirmation came through at 5:11. It said my order would be ready at 5:42. It was 2 pizzas. We got there early and waited in the car until that time. I had to wait until after 6 to get my pizza and that's after I said something. The part that has me upset is people were coming in and ordering at the register and they got their pizza first. The whole point of ordering online is that it gets made before I get there, not 20 minutes aftee it's supposed to be done. On top of that I paid for extras that I didn't get. I even heard one of the employees get rude with a customer when she was explaining that the times online were probably why people were getting upset. He got a huge attitude and said he didn't have anything to do with online. The service is horrible and the attitudes were horrible. The customers that ordered in the store were pleased because they got their orders in a timely manner. I won't order from this store again. They obviously don't value their online customers. Oh and all of this happened after I spent the afternoon in the ER because I almost passed out and I had to stand there waiting feeling like I was going to pass out the whole time. Read moreI have to compliment Jasmine and her crew for the efficiency and professionalism they showed today on what is likely the busiest day of their week. It's $10.99 Pizza Tuesday and the place was packed with walk-in orders and a stack of online orders to make. The online ordering system needs to be improved as it should be able to tell how busy they are rather than hand out times for pick-up that cannot be met. This causes customers to take it out on the staff who are literally busting their butts in such an organized line making pizza after pizza. When a customer verbally berated Jasmine and her staff while Jasmine was so kind and courteous in her response, I could not stand by and simply watch this. I spoke up to point out how hard they were working. Jasmine is a credit for her management, her friendly smile and personality, and for the way she has ALL of her crew working so well. Not one team member allowed this customer to get the best of them with one even stepping forward to defuse the tension with a timely joke. We can't control how people will treat one another. Jasmine and her crew though are a credit to this franchise. Please recognize and tip them...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. We had to wait 30 minutes for our pizza and they don't even have to cook the food. There were other customers who came in after us and was helped. Even another customer stepped in and had said" Hey this guy hasn't gotten his food yet: The assistant manager ( blond hair chick with glasses) says " I know" and still never acknowledged me. I did speak up and told them how upset I was and I had my whole family including a 4 month old baby in the car. the assistant manager did not care and asked what she wanted me to do about it? I said I wanted my meal for free and she stated oh well you had already paid. So I asked well what do you normally do for disgruntled customers and she said because I did not know what I wanted her to do she couldn't do anything for me.
