Came in tonight to eat in parked stall at 915 pm. The chili cheese fries were cold as long as it took them to get to us. We threw them out. The double cheese burgers were very good. I was served a route 44 cherry Dr pepper that was nearly pink! They were almost out of Dr. Pepper so I got mostly cherry flavoring and awful soda after taste. When we pushed the button to have the drink fixed and order 2 pretzels we were refused service in the stalls and sent to the drive thru. We were told due to "short staff" though ZERO employees had left in the near hour we were there. I was looking directly at the entrance. Not to mention that all the employees park in the closest stalls to the doors! Car hop Jade was great Very friendly and professional which is why there is at least one star. He also apologized for the long service time. He seemed to be the only car hop available. Now that we were refused service and made to go to the drive thru we go there . Where I am now told the kitchen is closed! At 1014, kitchen is closed for cleaning?? The place doesn't close until midnight!! So no pretzels. When I tell the employee that I need my drink remade and ask for a small water , I'm told oh yeah we are changing the Dr pepper we ran out. Yet I was served an awful drink instead ???? Then to top it off I'm charged 43 cents for the small water after the horrible drink and not being served after already being in a stall? Yes, I'm very angry by the time I get to the window. I am served by Collin, very friendly and apologetic for the poor experience we have had . BOTTOM LINE, management needs to get a hold of the poor service times by having appropriate staffing That would help with the cold food too! The only reason there is one star is the positive attitude of Collin and Jade, otherwise there would be none! I will give the place one more try but this visit definately let a bad taste in my mouth both figurative and literally! Come on Sonic get it together!! No wonder the...
Read morewent for the 1st time to sonic this location it was a terrible experience 1st I asked for comb # 9 chicken sandwich no mayo +onions they bring me back the sandwich with mayo no onions ok so I told them they took the sandwich back to fix it. they bring it back to me I take a bit and guess what they just scraped off the mayo and brought back the sandwich same rapper and no tomatoes with new lettuce. so I asked for the manager the nice employee comes back and tells me that the manager is too busy for me if I wanted another sandwich. I said no I would like my money back just for the sandwich.he then goes to tell her after a while he comes back and takes out his money and tries to give it to my husband my husband asked him is this your money at 1st he didn't know what to say then he said no but I knew better. so I asked him to be honest and tell us he said yes that the manager said it was his mistake and he needed to pay us. by this point I was no longer mad about the sandwich I was mad about the manager making the employee pay me out of his tips his own money. it was so not right I felt so sad for that employee. so I get out of the car and I told the employee that I would wait for the manager untill she was not busy to come talk to me which she did and I told her that she shouldn't have made the employee pay for my meal it was not his fault and he doesn't own sonic and I told her that he shouldn't get in trouble for anything . after I spoke to her my husband gave the employee more money. and we told him what a wonderful job he was doing and that none of what happened...
Read moreThis has been the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic.. First of all after pressing the red button we waited for 15 minutes before I called to see why they can see us out the window standing there and not taken our order and why they were only taken drive thru orders. Nicky not sure of the spelling she was very rude to us. My wife gave her order to her to be ask to give it to her again like she was not listening to the order in the first place. Then it was my turn to order and I'm so done with this whole experience at this time so I order something small just to be done. And get home... So now my wife and I are done with the ordering and there is a lady with her daughter next to us they should up at the same time as us and heard me call in to the store to see what was going on so she ask me for the phone number I had called so I gave it to her.. I thought my experiences was bad. So the lady next to me called and ask the same things I asked and then Nicky proceeded to come out of the store and verbally abused the lady in front of her child getting in her face yelling at her when all she wanted to do is feed her daughter. The poor kid had the most horrific look on her face like her mom was about to get assaulted by this employee of sonic... Like I said I thought my experiences was bad.. At that point I call the customer service phone number... Point is do your job that you are being paid for with a smile and respect if you want people to spend the money they work hard for at your establishment... I will never go to this sonic...
