Awful experience. Nice store very nice well organized. But I just had awful experience, i was ID earlier today and I understand I look young to some people and I understand they were doing their job and they don’t want any kid to stumble in. But the way they did it made me feel really embarrassed and ashamed. And as a adult store I feel like you shouldn’t feel embarrassed and ashamed leaving. Because some of us are very vulnerable in there and I just wanted to see outta curiosity. And I’ve been to other places and not been ID. I just want the worker to know they way she did just made me feel bad

But another thing that happened as I was leaving is an other worker(I presume) was eyeing me down in my car. That was extremely wrong of her to do. I don’t know if it’s cause they thought I was young or if they thought I was stealing something. But It even felt like a little racial profiling in my eyes even if they didn’t mean it in that way.

I’m willing more to talk about my experience to someone else...

BUYER BEWARE. ALL products are NOT sealed/unopened when purchasing!!! Went in to the store looking for an item for my wife. Person working at the store took a vibrator out of the box, showed it to me, let me touch it, then put it back in the box. I bought a vibrator for my wife, took it home and she saw that the bottom of the box was torn open so obviously the box had been opened at some point NOT by me. Took the toy back to the store 15 minutes after I had purchased it so that I could return it (my wife says she won't use an item that has been opened), and the store refused to take it back saying they could not accept returns. I asked about the package being opened and was told by an employee that they open ALL their packages before selling them. How is this okay? Completely UNETHICAL business practices when involving such intimate products. I will see about contacting the BBB because there is no way that this sort of business policy is...

Very helpful knowledgeable staff we'll definitely would have been back. Its way better than the rest!!!! Unfortunately they don't take returns on anything which I totally understand except I had just bought this chapstick didn't open it or even take it out of the store and realized it was 20 dollars. Which first of all should have been labeled as it was more than any of the other many items we purchased. It was such a positive experience except when we realized that they would not take the 20$ chapstick back before we had even opened it or left the store with it. Unfortunately we will probably not be back very disappointed because we do like this store employees and product. However the owner contacted us after and was very kind and eager to make it right.
