Subway — Restaurant in Thornton

The manager of this store should follow up with their pm staff (that worked the night of 5/8 and 5/9). I went there on 5/8 and watched them turn off the open sign at 8pm while I was in the store. I went there again on 5/9 and the same two females were working and it was 8:27pm and when I walked in (past the hours sticker on the door saying they closed at 9pm as well as the make shift paper taped to the door stating the temporary hours have them closing at 9pm) I was told they were already closed. When I asked why they have a paper on the door stating they are open for another 30 minutes- I was ignored. And when I followed up with a "hello?" After waiting for a response, I was told they haven't had time to change it yet. Now, if that is the case, someone should really update the makeshift paper taped to the door as well as update the store hours online as I am still able to order at this location online. And if its not true, I know if I was the owner I would be extremely upset to hear that my employees are turning away money 30 minutes before actual closing time, ESPECIALLY with how much the restaurant industry struggled during...

I wanted the jalapeno bread but it was burnt so I got my sandwich on Italian and I got a cold cut. I thought it came with three meats but maybe not. I only got two. The lettuce was brown. There was no olives. There was no jalapenos. I asked for extra banana peppers and when she put them on she said that's all we can give. My sandwich ends had nothing on them. I literally had a 6-in sandwich in a 12-ft piece of bread. The mustard and mayo was applied only in the middle of the sandwich, not on the ends and the sandwich wasn't cut all the way through. I had to go home and add my own toppings and put more mustard and mayo. When she wrapped it. She wrapped it loose so my sandwich fell apart. When I opened it I didn't get a bag. That's fine. I was offered no napkins. Horrible, horrible, horrible when you pay for a ft long and get a 6inch...

I am appalled with the awful service I received today. I ordered a meatball protein bowl with 50% extra meat on the mobile app for pick up and I received a disgusting bowl that only contained 4 COLD meatballs, which isn't even the normal amount of meat for a bowl, let alone the extra I PAID for. Not to mention the person behind the counter barely said two words to me during our interaction. I guess I'm going to need to start tearing open my bag and checking my food right at the counter, had I caught this at the restaurant and not at home, I absolutely would have made the person remake it with me standing there. 0/10 do...
