I wanted to like Crawford's Social, especially after so many positive reviews, but we had such a disastrous lunch that I just couldn't.
First off, for the most part, the food was really good. The pancakes were amazing. They were light, fluffy, and tasted fantastic. My Buffalo Chicken Salad was delicious. Our server suggested I could get grilled chicken and it was a good choice. The salad could have a had a little less dressing but, otherwise, it was a great meal. I say for the most part because my friend's eggs benedict came out with well done poached eggs. Once we were able to flag sown a server, they quickly rectified the situation and made proper poached eggs which were soft and my friend was satisfied with her meal, noting it was actually quite good.
Now for the bad part. The service was horrible. We arrived and were seated at this table that was kind of in the middle of the walkway at the end of some bench seating, in front of the bar. You could not miss us, yet everyone did their best to ignore us. About 15 minutes after being seated, a busboy came and poured us water. It was at least another 15 minutes before our server came to our table. Several people, including a manager walked by us, but no one said hello, checked in, or asked if we wanted drinks. It was as if they went out of their way to ignore us, avoiding eye contact. Our server finally arrived and we gave him our food order as well as our drink order. My friend noted that it seemed we were invisible and our server apologized, saying he had a large party on the patio.
Our food arrived in a decent amount of time, but as noted, my friend's eggs benedict was well done and it took at least another 10 minutes or so to get anyone to come back to the table. The server finally arrived with our drinks which came after the food was ready. We ordered iced tea and hot tea so I'm not sure why it came out after the food. The server took my friend's food back to fix the eggs and disappeared again. Finally, a different server returned with the eggs benedict. Our server did come over and refill our iced tea while we were eating. Once we had finished eating and had been sitting for a while, it took several minutes for our server to come and ask if we needed boxes but boxes did not arrive. A manager finally came by and we noted that we had been waiting for our boxes which he brought back. The check finally arrived and we immediately handed over our cards to pay, lest we have to wait any more time. By this time, we had been in the restaurant nearly 2 hours. I don't mind a slow lunch, but this was rather ridiculous.
To the restaurant's credit, they did remove the eggs benedict from our bill which was very kind of them. Like I noted earlier, the food was very good and enjoyable. It was just the horrible service that...

This beautifully designed cocktail lounge and eatery seamlessly blends sophistication with warmth, making it the perfect spot for an intimate night out, a lively gathering with friends, or, in our case, the most special day of our lives.
We were recently married at Crawford’s Social with 75 of our closest friends and family in attendance, and we cannot express enough gratitude for how truly magical the evening was. From the very beginning, the team at Crawford’s Social went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care, making our wedding day as seamless and stress-free as possible. The space was elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a joyful celebration.
The cocktail program was a highlight of the evening, with beautifully crafted drinks that impressed every guest. Each cocktail was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the artistry and creativity of the bartenders. Whether classic or contemporary, every sip was delightful.
And then there was the food—absolutely divine. The menu offered an incredible mix of elevated comfort food and innovative small plates, each dish carefully curated to satisfy and surprise. Our guests raved about the flavors, presentation, and overall quality of the meal, making the dining experience one of the most memorable aspects of the night.
But beyond the ambiance, the cocktails, and the exquisite food, what truly set Crawford’s Social apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was attentive, kind, and truly invested in making our wedding a night to remember. A special thank you to Melissa Barnum, the Event Coordinator, whose expertise, organization, and warm demeanor made planning our wedding effortless. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was perfect. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Laura Armendariz, the Floor Manager, who ensured the evening ran flawlessly. Her leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference.
Crawford’s Social will always hold a special place in our hearts, not just as an outstanding restaurant, but as the place where we began our journey as a married couple. The memories we made that night will last a lifetime, and we are so grateful to have had such a stunning backdrop for our special day.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars is simply not enough! Thank you, Crawford’s Social, and especially Melissa Barnum and Laura Armendariz, for giving us memories to cherish forever. We cannot...

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience of my life. What was supposed to be a joyous celebration for my husband—his first time out after brain surgery—was completely ruined by this restaurant's utter disregard for its guests.
We made a reservation days in advance for a table on their beautiful patio at 6:45 PM. We even arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told—without any apology—that they had over booked the entire patio including a party of 17 at 7 PM. Instead of honoring our reservation on the patio section that was open, we were shoved to a secondary patio that was clearly not prepared for serving customers. It was dark, cold, and not even set up—no lights on, no space heaters on . But despite that, we tried to make it work.
That was our mistake. Twenty minutes passed. No server. No menus. No acknowledgment. Nothing. A member of our party had to track down a staff member, only to be met with a dismissive response: “Your reservation was cleared.” That’s right—because we accepted a seat on their second patio, they acted as if we never existed. If we wanted a new table, we’d have to put our names on the list and start the wait all over again.
At this point, we’d been at the restaurant for nearly an hour with not a single bite of food and zero accountability from the staff. Frustrated, we asked the hostess if the general manager was present. She said "yes" and my husband said, "May I speak with him?" She replied, "Thank you for assuming that the General Manager is a male." Instead of helping us, the hostess chose to mock him, making an unnecessary, snide comment about how he was “assuming the manager’s gender.” Completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
Finally, the assistant general manager appeared, not to make things right, but to double down on the restaurant’s complete lack of care. Her attitude was clear: “At this time we can not accommodate you, the restaurant is full.” No apology. No attempt to fix the situation. Just blatant indifference.
At this point, we had no choice but to leave, scrambling to find another restaurant for dinner.
This place doesn't just lack good service—it lacks basic human decency. The way we were treated was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inexcusable. If you value your time and your money, do yourself a favor and...
