The worker Piper is the rudest person. I just had the worst experience with a person in general. I will never return here and will tell everyone. I got four chocolate covered strawberries. She answered her cell phone while helping me. We sat down to eat and when we ate the third a four inch hair was in the chocolate. I got up and showed it to her and her response was “ well i don’t make them”. Do you want a refund? So i stood there for a minute and then she handed me a $5 dollar bill. I grabbed the last container with the last strawberry. And told her i wouldnt eat it and asked for a refund. She said sure can i have back my five in a rude tone. And i said sure and we exchanged. Then i went to throw away the strawberry and she said “ you didn’t have to throw that away”. Rudely. I responded what else would i do? She responded “ well i could have resold it”. Super delicious and affordable drinks! I got the strawberry matcha for $6 and it was pretty big and the tastiest strawberry matcha I’ve had! The matcha flavor was strong and went super well with the strawberry. The owner mentioned that he uses 75% more matcha (ceremonial grade!) than the recommended amount to give it that strong taste.
