Read moreWe placed our name for dinner and had to wait for a table sitting at the bar. We ordered drinks but after waiting 1/2 hour we placed a to go order and tipped the bartender for taking it. The food coincidentally arrived just as our table finally came available. We were seated by staff and they took our to go order to the table. The staff who seated us removed the to go packets from our bag and said he would bring table settings, a plate and better table toppings for our potatoes. A minute later the manager came over, clearly upset with us, and asked if we intended to order more food. We said no, that we had just received our order. She proceeded to bawl us out for sitting in a booth with a to go order, even though her staff had seated us there, and refused us service including replacing the items taken from us like toppings for our potatoes. She refused to allow staff to wait on us. We were totally perplexed regarding why she was unhappy with us but we offered to pay an additional tip. She has terrible customer service ethics and needs to go into another line of work. Stay away from Thousand Oaks Wood Ranch and drive to...
Read moreThis place had great food and the server was good but two things I asked for I had to bring to her attention to do. No lemon in my water and melted side of butter! This is the first time I had to ask again and I order these things all the time. She brought my water with a lemon slice and butter but it wasn’t melted! I felt rushed to leave as well. Also I didn’t think about it until the next day, why did they seat us in the smallest of booths. I thought because we were just two, but the bigger booths ended up with two people as well, people who came after us. I was with a 6’2 big man! The girls (hostesses) who sat us weren’t friendly and the one with the silver diamond cross necklace never gave us eye contact! Please ask her if she has a problem with people not like herself or something? I am a Christian myself. I do honest reviews. All people should have a good experience where they spend their money! Better service could have been done, but like I said,...
