Yesterday my family and I went in to enjoy our favorite nachos from Sharkyâs . Unfortunately they are not what we expected because everything was cold. I kindly approached the staff in front about my issue and they pointed me to the manager âIsraelâ. He was very defensive in stating âhe made the nachos and they were fresh.â I felt very embarrassed on how he handled the situation in front of his 3 or 4 employees. He made me feel like I was a liar when in fact the nachos were poorly made. After a minute or two he finally asked if I wanted them re-made and I just told him whatever I didnât care anymore. I was a manager for many many years in the restaurant business and Iâve never made a customer feel that way nor spoke defensively when approached. Our job is to make the guests feel welcome and make sure they come back. We wonât be visiting your location anymore and I highly suggest you re-train management on customer service and the âcustomer is always rightâ. Even if they are wrong, in this case I wasnât because the next batch that came out was hot and fresh. Thank you for your time , I just feel in this day and age , businesses are suffering and I would hope you would want to keep your customers happy, for whatever itâs worth.

Tonight I felt like some nachos for dinner because I didnât want to cook this Motherâs Day weekend. I asked to speak with a manager, (as I was told to do so when I place my future orders.) I was very specific on the items on side and if they could put extra cheese and I didnât mind paying for it. The manager assured me it would be great. When my husband came home with the order, it was everything BUT great. Not only was there barely any cheese at all but they didnât put my sour cream on the side, they forgot to even put it in our bag. It literally ruined my whole night as I was looking forward to these chicken nachos. I found owner email from the reviews and decided to email instead of writing a bad review because we are all just trying to make it in this economy.    Read moreI have been eating at Sharky's locations for more than 10 years.. I like the location's in Hollywood and Newbury Park. They are always clean and your order is served in a timely manner. I have a "Fin-addict" card and I appreciate the 5.oo off for birthdays.... Actually I will be eating their tomorrow because I have a coupon that expires soon..! I only eat Fish ..so I typically order taco's,burrito's,salmon/rice/veggie plates. There meals are a bit pricey, but they give you your moneys worth.
