Starbucks — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

I absolutely love this store !! I live in Camarillo but come to this one specifically for the atmosphere and good vibes everyone is sooo sweet and friendly especially Megan she greets me every time I see her and when she takes my order she knows exactly what I like it’s very impressive Kat & Darrian are the best very sweet and love how they are such Burt’s of positive energy! I have unfortunately ran into one employee who has been extremely rude and not very helpful her name I believe is julianna she was so rude taking my order I felt rushed and like she was annoyed at me ordering and I got to the window and noticed it was Megan and I was like girl there is no way that was you who took my order the girl. Was soo rude and she told me it was her co worker next to her and then I got a drink I didnt end up liking so I asked if I could get a refund and julianna came to the window and gave me a dirty look and was questioning me about why I wanted a refund it was just an unpleasant experience and that like never happenes at that store even when they are extremely busy they make that effort to make the experience great ! And that’s why I’ll always keep coming back I just hope I don’t have to. Deal with julianna again I’ll just ask for a different...

This is my favorite Starbucks by far ! I have been to many Starbucks and I adore the atmosphere of this one especially when certain people are working ! I was there one day and this barista walked in and they all greeted her and were so excited to see her they ran to give a group hug it was too cute! Then I’m studying and all the sudden a song comes on they all knew and they started singing together it was a great vibe ! When I ordered my drink Megan took my order and she was extremely sweet and friendly she helped me decide what I wanted I tried one of her suggestions and it was incredible! I did end up ordering a new breakfast sandwich they have the egg and pesto turned out it wasn’t for me I ask for a refund and this chick with short black hair and glasses I think her name started with a J she was so rude and stand offish she didn’t even ask if I wanted to substitute it for something else she had a bad energy about her or maybe she was just having a bad day not sure but otherwise I love it here I come here pretty frequently to study and do some work its one of my...

Very poor customer service. I've been to countless of Starbucks locations, and this location got the worst service. This was not just one time, but it's almost every time I come here. Most of the employees walk past you without asking if the customer needs help, nor can you get their attention to get help. Every time I've tried to get their attention, they don't even bat an eye and just walk straight past you. I understand rush hours and how busy it is, but it is still unacceptable compared to the other stores' service. One particular time, I was ignored by most of the employees despite I have been trying to get their attention for a good 5-7 mins to get a straw. Then a lady some employee was friends with walked in, and they started a whole conversation and basically ignored...
