9/5/25 I would warn anyone to not waste their time or money here because management here is not the best has a very condescending haha attitude when you're complaining when you're upset and they tell you there is no mint in something twice. Then after I insisted that it just tastes only of mint then did the manager decide that they were going to go double-check the recipe and go oh there is mint in it while I'm on speaker and other people can hear the conversation of her telling me she did not say that and corrected themselves saying well I went to double-check after they told me something was not an ingredient twice.
To turn around and tell me that I was being rude and argumentative after I did not become rude and argumentative until she told me no there's no mint in the tzatziki sauce twice and then turned around goes well do you want to come get more sauce. I informed her my food is ruined because there's a mint all over it and she's like well you don't want to come again you sauce I said okay well I asked you what does having a new sauce going to change that my food is ruined. Instead of just offering me a replacement let me fix it I had to go well what are you going to do for me well you didn't ask me that if I ask you how is a new sauce going to change my ruined food don't you think that's a chance to be like hey my bad let us fix that for you.
I didn't like that my food as plated instead of Togo. Then when the mistake was noticed, It was just dumped into the container. When you pay $22+ with tax for food. As a visual eater That really made it so I don't want it. And to put my sauce containers in my food box when they were put in the bag last time has grossed me out more.

WHY DID THEY RANDOMLY SAY I LIKE TO EAT AT ASIAN PLACES LOL Edit: After posting this review, the owner's reply further exemplifies my negative experience. Instead of taking responsibility for the clear failure in service, they offered an abundance of excuses about the power outages and fires—neither of which were impacting the communication between service and customers, in a way to dodge criticism. They also falsely claimed my order was prioritized after I raised concerns, which is not true, as it was clear the staff had forgotten about it entirely until I asked a second time. Moreover, the tone of their reply is dismissive and accusatory, implying that I lacked "understanding" for the situation. This shows a complete disregard for customer accountability and a troubling lack of professionalism. My experience and the response from this establishment leave me even more disappointed. I would not suggest dining here.
Genuinely terrible service. I am so upset. I went with three people and one of us got a chicken sandwich. Two of us got our food but the one who got the chicken didn’t. We waited and didn’t eat much for 30 whole minutes. I even asked one of the staff after 20 minutes and she said they’re waiting for the chicken. But I saw nobody doing anything in the kitchen. I waited 20 more minutes for a total of 40 minutes and I asked them AGAIN. This time I asked everyone in front. And everyone acted confused and forgot about the the order. They looked and found it and immediately made the sandwich. That was terrible. My poor sister had to eat alone. There was no remorse from the staff and the lady I first asked did not take responsibility. Nothing was offered also. One of the worst experiences...
Read moreIt is their twist. There was nothing i would bring my mom to. Or any Turkish visitor. This is what Olive Garden is to Italy as Twisted Meats is to Turkey.
It was ok.
What bothered me the most was 2 different people made the sandwich completely different. My sandwich was meaty with EVERY bite. My wife had the other, and the meat was at the bottom. She had a veggie sandwich, basically.
The meat wasn't seasoned very well for my taste. That made the lettuce stand out more. Wasn't impressed. I'm just disappointed.
What was that rice. Horrible.
The meat was not hot. Nor warm. Like room temperature. When the pot was low as it is in this case because we got the bottom of the pot, the GAL asked for more meat. So the guy brought döner straight off the döner. The next customer is lucky. I just didn't have the pleasure.
I can not dock them another star as it would be biased.
The tzatziki (cacik) was green. Why, because they probably blended the ingredients OR bought the liquified mint. Wasn't appealing nor appetizing.
I tried it, and I won't have a desire to go back.
I would pass on the baklava.
5 bucks for Ayran? Really? If it works for you, then it works.
Listen, as I tell everyone, when you go out, it isn't going to taste like my nene's or my anne's (mom). Nor yours. Unless, of course, your moms cooking is horrible. But it will satisfy the pallette of pretty much any North American. They don't know any better. Just not for THIS GUY.
Try it, you might like...
