Horrible is the nicest adjective.Ordered a biscuit and gravy combo,but only got the hashbrown n coffee combo,bc...#7 & #8 are entirely too difficult to distinguish.I was as nice as i could be,ordered a biscuit gravy solo and all hell broke loose.she wanted to refund the whole,thing and re-ring but wanted another 5$ instead of the 2.85$ change from the 5$ id just given her,flim flam flat out nope.i gave up the change freely but still she said i owed her to,make the refund correct.so i got some chewy old hashbrowns for 5$ even worse coffee on store side for 2$...were up to 7$,now and i almost missed my bus....sans biscuit n gravy,2nd easiest menu item behind plain biscuit.Im not angry,part of me wants to believe that she just needed a venus razor for that wild and un-maintained patch of chest hair that spilled over her unbuttoned uniform shirt,destined to end up in some other poor souls gravy biscuit.I dont know who i feel worse for,...the happy fool who actually gets their gravy biscuit,oblivious to the chest pubes floating in it....OR...the person who can rip off a nice customer but clearly has no clue what a button is,how to use it,and the benefits of said use.smh.If you rolling thru on greyhound...use caution.wish i had read the crappy reviews 1st...but ultimately i dodged a bullet.Id pay 7$ so i didnt have to step,1 foot inside the...

Went to Church's Chicken on yesterday when I got to the register I had ask him his name he wouldn't give me his name i had to ask one of his other employee what was his name Travis just looking at me didn't say hi how are you doing or nothing so I was like do you'll have breast&wing combo this is my first time here I was telling him he was looking nonchalant so the manger turn around and said yes we got breast&wings the manger was real nice but I ask Travis did they have spicy chicken he acting like he didn't no but the manger turn around again and said it's going to be 20minutue wait I said ok that's fine so I waited 20 minutes on some spicy chicken and flyies flying around everywhere in there the tables weren't clean and soda machines need washing around trash need taken out Travis need some customer service training I'm an manger and food service and I no my customer service friendly,Nice....Church's should've gave me discount for my wait but they...

I placed a mobile order and was told it has to be picked up inside when I went through the drive thru which was no issue. One issue was they had the car pull up right past the window blocking me from pulling out due to all of the semis parked in that area. The restaurant should have designated parking spots for customers that are waiting on their orders. The second issue was even though I placed my mobile order 30 mins in advance I still had to wait for a lengthy period of time because of the orders being made for the people who ordered inside way after me. The third issue is the customer service was nonexistent. The fourth issue is the extra side I ordered was left out of the bag and I discovered this after I had already left. The food tasted fine.
