Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Tifton

To start with I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for my order. I called the restaurant to ask about my order and the 1st person I talked to wasn't much for customer service and the manager I talked to was just plain rude. Apparently they only have one delivery driver for the restaurant both of the people I spoke to was sure to tell me that. When the driver finally delivered my Luke warm food he was sure to let me know that he was the only driver they have. I guess they try to make you feel like it's the customers fault they take so long to deliver your food. My order was on 2/1/2024 at 7:58 p.m. my food finally arrived at 9:08 p.m. was checking my bank account today and someone added a 10.00 dollar tip that I did not authorize, I usually tip great but when I have to wait that long on my food, I don't give a tip! Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for my 10.00 to go back into my account because someone stole money out of my account! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE...

Great customer service!!! We were driving through from FL to TN late in the evening and wanted to pick up a pizza to go. Google maps showed that Marco's was just off the expressway so we called ahead to order. They were one of the few stores open so late (nearly 11 pm) which we were grateful for. Our pizza was fresh, hot and delicious; and the price was right! We headed back onto the highway and 20 minutes later discovered we'd left an iphone in the bathroom there. We called the store and the young woman (one of two employees working that night) confirmed it was there, informed us that the store was closing in 8 minutes, but she that would WAIT for us to turn around and drive the 20 minutes back to the store. We were so grateful for her kindness and will revisit Marco's Pizza each time we pass through Tifton in the future. Great...

We ordered a build your own pizza. We paid extra for triple hamburger and didn’t get triple hamburger. When we called we were told the more toppings you add the fewer of each topping you get. When you order the build your own the price goes up for each topping you order. Then if you double or triple the amount of the topping the price goes up. That’s fine we don’t mind paying to build a piazza the way we like it. Tonight we built our pizza and paid extra to get triple hamburger and didn’t get triple hamburger We called and they said there was nothing they could do. Even though we said we paid for triple hamburger the manager told us the more different toppings you add the less you get of each topping. So even though we paid for triple we didn’t get triple and they would not reimburse or make us a correct pizza. The...
