C Jr. Mgmt, I understand you’re the mgr of store 1101880. I had an awful experience at your store today, and I think you should know about it. I order at the counter (order#313189). Erix, made me feel extremely unwelcome, in no uncertain terms. While he was interacting with store employees lovingly, he approached the counter to take my order with hostility. He pull a long face. His eyes were mean. He did not say a thing to acknowledge hearing my order. When I asked to confirm that he rec’d my order correctly, his reply was impatient and inaudible. When I asked for his immediate supervisor’s name, his refused to provide. I got your name only when I asked other employee at his present.
As a paying customer, I have never receive such a rude treatment from any business, except from your employee “Erix”. In my opinion, his should not be dealing directly with customers for he not only have no customer service but also likely creates negative Good Will for Carl’s Jr.

Read moreI ordered an order online and picked the wrong restaurant (this one). I was not able to make it before closing on 12/09/2022.
I went to the other Tigard Carl's Jr and realized it was the wrong place. By that time it was too late to drive out 99W to this location.
The restaurant, however, marked my order as "complete" even though I never picked it up. I never got my food and I was charged. Could not pick up when they were open.
Pretty disappointing they would mark an order as completed that never was. Pretty dishonest to not at least cancel or let me pickup when they were open again.
The app has no place to cancel, call, or otherwise notify or communicate. I filled out a very confusing report that forces you to make kind of similar choices to get to a point where you can send feedback. All it says at the end is that they will send it to the restaurant. Who knows if it will actually be looked at.
I will update if I hear anything back and what the outcome is so others will know...

They taste similar to other Carl Jr locations but for some reason, better! The fries and even the soft drinks, all taste better. I thought it was a fluke at first so I decided to investigate further and found a consistent quality enhancement. Over time I discovered it was in reality the team members that were making the difference. They take great pride in their work and I could definitely taste the difference! On a customer service level, I would again like to add kudos. Service is lightning fast for this quality of work and ALWAYS delivered with a smile!
